Love it. Give just the right support for my head so I'm not looking through my bifocals when trying to watch tv. I have a couple of pillows giving me back support and my feet propped up to relieve from pain from standing all day. So this pillow works great to help with my head up. And when I'm not using it my little doggie loves to lay his head on it.

The photo gives a good idea of what you're getting. The faux wool is somewhat like the inside of a spring/winter coat lining. That's just what I like. It doesn't stay put well on leather or vinyl (no sticky backing) but sticks well on fiber. Well worth the money though.

As others have mentioned, the foam that comes in this is way too dense, and it does not stay in place. Replacing the padding and adding something 'grippy' to it make it usable and comfortable. Unfortunately, it looks really sloppy if you don't add enough padding to keep the opening from showing, since it's just a flap that folds over the pocket (which is in the front) to hold the padding in.

I like the fabric but the foam inset is too hard. I replaced it with a piece of memory form from an old pillow and it's perfect!!

It's light, very, very light. So light, you can see through the cloth that's supposed to hold it in place. The foam is just that, cheap foam, which I expect to crumple fast. The shape of the neck "roll" is like one of those floor balance beam, with hard edges, not round or curved. It does not hold on a leather couch; not that I bought it for that but JFYI. The material is 100% synthetic and it feels 100% synthetic! it's not soft plushy material, almost scratchy...

This was purchased as a gift and I waited until some time had passes before leaving a review. The recipient agreed with other reviewers that the pillow was somewhat stiff but after constant use, the pillow has softened to become very comfortable. I just wish there were perhaps some rubber backing to help it stay on a leather recliner a little better. If you are not leaning on it, it slips right off.

Ordered for my husband. He hated it. Pillow is way too firm.

It hangs well and is a good size but it's just too big and hard. When behind your head It pushes out way too far and because it's just your head and it's firm, you don't squish it in at all. I'm thinking about either cutting it down a little or filling it with something else that's softer. As is I think its unusable. At least in my chair.
