I was very pleased with this item. It works great and I love that it's on wheels. Instead of breaking it down after each use I can easily roll it into a closet. I love how it adjusts to accommodate multiple members of my family. Great product

Durability: this product is an inaccurate description do not buy. Soon as I open box it looked not durable. I didn’t even take out package all or very well not made at all

I'm not impressed with this hair dryer, and quite honestly I'm a little scared of it. First, after it arrived and I opened the box I noticed that not everything was in plastic. Why would one part of the pole be in plastic and not the other part? I immediately felt as if a customer had returned this item, and even the hood had what appeared to be dried watermarks. It was fairly easy to assemble, but I have yet to figure out how to get the hood to stay down. I've wrestled with it & wrestled with it, and then I had my husband to fight with it for a while. Later, I fought with it more, but so far the dryer has won the battle because I still can't get the hood to stay down, so it's truly worthless at this point. It is a big piece of junk taking up space in my house UNTIL I can get the hood to stop popping up! And, of course products never have good instructions anymore, so the instructions are worthless. I also searched the internet trying to find this brand and maybe a video, but that was a waste of time. It's as if this is the first and only one of this brand that has e-v-e-r been made. Typically, I will not spend this much time on what I feel is going to end up being junk that I couldn't avoid trashing. But, I'm trying not to allow this to end being set out on the curb. Plus, I really want to use this, but I'm not sure it's truly worth this much trouble or time. It's not over yet, so once I have more time I will come back with an update. I'm hoping for the best as I'm wanting to keep this machine. Stay tuned for the update...
