I have had migraines for more than 10 years and even though I’ve tried many different things this migraine relief cap has been one of the most helpful. The material is soft and very stretchy (which makes it easy to fit) so it wraps around my head comfortably without feeling too tight. I got the black one and it is completely light-blocking and covers down to the bridge of my nose, which I really like. The material also has no odor at all. I keep it in its plastic storage bag in the refrigerator. After chilling, it stays nice and cold for about 30 minutes then gradually starts to loose its coolness. Even after that, it still helps because it blocks out the light completely which is enough to make a difference for me. This thing really helps me Whenever I get a migraine, it’s the first thing I reach for. I even bought one for my mom and she loves it too. Great value for me

What a relief! This mask works so wonderfully for headaches. Its like being snuggled in coolness. The material is soft and the cooling is smooth and forms to your head (unlike regular ice packs). It's easy to use, stays put and is comfortable even laying down. I like that you can simply refrigerate it so its safe to put on and not too cold.

I sort of laughed when this popped up on my screen -- it seemed both silly and preposterous-- but as someone who suffers regularly from migraines and other types of headaches, I'll try just about anything. It can be used cold or warm but, lucky me, I happened to be developing a migraine when it arrived so I put it on straight out of the box at room temperature. It slips on easily, even on my big head, and within a few minutes I was already feeling some relief; within half an hour I had fallen asleep into a short, but deep and restorative nap. The headache was stopped in its tracks and I felt like a new person....no medication needed, only this weird cap. I've had it for about 6 months now and have found that it works best for me when cool -- I leave it in the fridge or in a cool spot in the house, but not in the freezer -- and is most successful when I'm starting to feel a headache coming on. It works for me mid-headache as well, but it takes longer and doesn't always make the headache go away entirely (but always enough so that I can get up and go on with my day). I know there are a zillion different types of headaches, and what works for one person doesn't always work for another, but this cap has been a godsend. If, like me, you have found that applying pressure to your head/eyes provides some relief during a headache, I'd say definitely give the cap a try. The steady, all-over pressure it delivers is more than you can easily do on your own. But even if your headaches are entirely different than mine, give it a try. I have a headache that is due to something physical and won't go away until "fixed". I brought this to use in the interim. I love it and it somehow feels a little better when I use these and they are still cold. They do warm up quickly but I haven't seen anything else that fits your head like this that stays colder any longer.

Have been suffering from daily headaches since I had covid and taking otc pain relievers helps but can be hard on your body so I saw this and decided to give it a try. It says you can freeze or heat it but I didnt want it to be so cold I couldn't use it so I place it in the fridge. I like that it covers the head and eyes and it is very soft. Was cold enough to help relieve pain. Very nicely made.

Use this all the time! Great for headaches. Let sit out a few minutes before using or you will get freezer brain. Might be snug if you have a big head. Stays in place. HOWEVER does not stay cold long.

I really like the design of this cap. When I experience migraines, pressure on my eyes, forehead, and temples feels good, but a lot of other migraine wraps don't provide enough weight/pressure. The gel inside this mask makes it quite heavy, so it's perfect for me and it covers the parts of the face and head that need coverage. It doesn't have any bothersome clasps, so nothing is going to dig into your skin while you move around in bed. When I first took the mask out of the package it had a really strong chemical smell, but I hope its just from the packaging itself and fades over time.

Es de las mejores compras para la migraña que he hecho en mi vida!! Obviamente si tienes migrañas sabrás que no se puedes esperar milagros y este gorro tampoco hace milagros pero alivia muchísimo el dolor, cuando no puedes tomar medicación es una buena alternativa. A mí sí el dolor es leve me lo quita pero si es fuerte no lo quita pero lo alivia muchísimo... Lo he usado mucho durante el embarazo y la lactancia para evitar las pastillas y durante mi vida diaria también lo uso muchísimo para ese rato desde que tomas la medicación hasta que hace efecto... La sensación que da es de que te duerme la cabeza con el frío y no sientes nada de dolor durante el rato que lo tienes puesto

Je l'utilise dès que j'ai des céphalées ou migraine. efficace, confortable. Pour moi, s'utilise en complément d'un antalgique. Mais je recommande sans problème. Pas de souci d'odeur ou quoi que ce soit.
