My family member recc this product as she bss bad migraines. This helps with my migraines after a bad concussion. Super nice and cool when frozen. Have to wait a moment before placing when frozen as it is quite cold. Really helpful to block light out when I’m having a really bad burning migraine so the light sensitivity. 10/10 recommended! Compression is great and hits all the right spots to compress. Soft and not itchy. Has no smell to it.

I ordered this, and initially had an issue with an empty package coming, but the actual company worked with me very quickly to replace it, and I now have an amazing mask. It's light enough that it's not uncomfortable to wear for long periods, but yet it still puts enough comfortable pressure to counter the headache. I also love that the gel stays cool for a long period of time. It really was very helpful, and I'm happy with the product.

Sometimes nothing will touch a migraine in terms of medication, and you have to lie in a dark room and wait it out. That's when you need this. I took off one star because it's so cold straight from the freezer that it's painful in its own right, and I ended up trying to stuff fabric behind it, but then it warms up pretty quickly so the fabric had to come out....the whole process felt very fiddly, like I was always adjusting it, and that's not what I want when I'm in too much pain to stand up. I don't know what would make it easier to use--maybe putti g it in the fridge instead of the freezer, but that would shorten usage time. For the periods during which it is cold enough but not too cold, I would say this provides moderate relief. There's a bit of a "synthetic" smell straight out of the box but that fades. It will pick up smells from the freezer, however, so putting it in a Ziploc is not a bad idea.

I am happy to have finally purchase one of these. I was worried about the size of it, but the stretch will fit more than I expected. It offers a cooling effect without needing to be placed in the freezer, if you want a mild cooling feeling. The cooling effect paired with the compression helps to calm and alleviate some head pain quickly.

love this, it is very soft and cold even when it isn't in the freezer, which is a plus for those long migraine attacks. It appears to be constructed well and the material is soft and stretchy. it really helps calm my very painful migraines. would absolutely suggest to anyone suffering with migraines or painful headaches.

Exactly as pictured, arrived quickly and nice quality. I suffer from migraines that the weather changes can cause...ocean air bringing fog or high winds expected- I can plan on it affecting my head or sinuses. Keeping this in the freezer bag provided is such a help so it won't pick up freezer smells. It's plenty cold and fits snugly over my head without feeling like a vise. The comfort allows me to lay down & fall asleep while minimizing the pain. Truly a huge help!
