Really good chimney has all the features. Hand gesture controls are working properly. Must go for it. Looks really good. There is noise at full speed but its ok at this price point. Suction is also really good. There is installation charges. We need to find local mason if core cutting is needed not sure if everywhere its like that call crompton toll free number and make sure if you need. Installation team is ok took some time for me to assign technician nobody called after the product delivery and i had to call crompton to assign installation but found out installation team was busy and about to call me. Overall product is working properly no problem so far great crompton chimney is making really a great impression .

Really good product and does a fabulous job

An update on installation. Been 12 days now and still no installation. Cannot return the product. I have resigned myself to this being money lost. Once again, no customer should have to go through this torture. No matter the product Crompton sells - fans, pumps, motors, lights etc - i e., any product line they may have or intend to have in tbe future, they have lost one customer forever.Terrible experience with Crompton. The company is unable organise installation. Have to repeatedly call day after day and beg for installation (4 days now and the installation is not yet done).Crompton customer support doesn't even know if the product comes with free or paid installation. They said noone at Crompton know s about this and refused to let me speak to anyone who knows about this matter.Be very careful if you are considering Crompton. I don't think I've experienced such terrible support and service with any company in my life before this.

Working quiet wrll till now but it's too soon to say anything conclusive about quality.

Good Purchase and installation. Chimney is great in performance as it has 1800m3/hr. The 75cm variant is best for 3 burner cooktops. Motion detection is great but sometimes it lacks in detection.

Worst support from Amazon teamI purchased a Crompton Quiet ProPlus Chimney purchased from Amazon.in on 04.04.26. Despite the product pageexplicitly offering a "Replacement" option which was a primary factor in mypurchase decision, Amazon Customer Service has repeatedly failed to resolvethe issue across three separate interactions.Nature of Complaint:The unit delivered is severely defective and presents significant criticalsafety concerns:1. Structural Damage: Notable dents in the metal casing (refer theattachedimages).2. Safety Hazard: Improper glass fitting/packing. The glass is loose andrisks falling and shattering (refer to attached images).3. Cosmetic Damage: Scratches and improper glass paint observed on theglass surface.4. Missing Components: The installation kit and pipe were missing from thepackage.5. It appears to be used and tampered product.The same was shared with Amazon team viaimages uploaded link.The delivery and unboxing processes were conducted under CCTV surveillance,and the footages is available upon request.Failure of Service:I have contacted Crompton customer care and Amazon customer support threetimes each. Despite the documented defects, I am being pressured to returnthe product rather than the advertised replacement. This is a directviolation of the terms under which this transaction was made andconstitutes misleading trade practices, though product stock availableonline for sale.In accordance with Consumer Protection guidelines, I am requesting animmediate replacement of the defective unit with a brand-new, sealed,defect free product, along with the missing installation kit.No support from Amazon team
