Heats up quickly lightweight great for fine hair only gave 4 stars as would have like a longer flex.

It's the only one I've had that perfectly straightened my hair so quickly. Wonder full.

Firt time these were used they seemed to snag and pull hair. After letting them cool and running my fingers through i found that either side of the ceramic plates the case has sharp edges along the joint. I used a 6" stainless steel ruler (yes, thats right) to remove the sharp edges (just lightly scrape the side of the ruler along the sharp edge). Now works and feels much better.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got the packaged to find a very professional and good looking box which made me even more excited to start using. I love this new styler, ive gotten rid of my straighteners and will only keep hold of my hairdryer as a back up. Still learning what brush does what but the main thing is my frizz is kept under control.The only thing I would say is it does get extremely hot when its used in its highest temperate for a long period of time, so I use a towel or something to release the brush head from main bit to cool down. Please keep away from children because I can imagine there will be a necessary rush to A&E if they got hold of the hot brush and thats not me being over dramatic, I'm nearly 30 and shocked me to feel how hot it got after first use so be extra careful.The main thing is it styles and drys like it says it does and in good time. I would its quicker than using separate styling tools, less cables and change of brushes,I would give five stars but the high heat is a downfall, yes it needs to be hot to work but im not sure if it needs to get that hot if you catch my drift. Due to the heat, traveling maybe not ideal. Its not massive but its not small enough to be compact when packing lightly for travelling which explains the two stars.

I bought this a while ago, and honestly wish I'd returned it when I had the chance. It technically gets the job done and I just needed a straightener so I kept using it, but I'm purchasing a new one now.The main problem is that I can't control the heat, and the prongs don't seem to completely shut. I often press them shut with my other hand while using it, and it still doesn't fully work. I either have to spend 5x as long as I normally would to straighten the tiniest sections of my head to make sure everything is straight, or it's just half straightened and a little kinky still.

Replaced these for my travel tongs which I was unable to find travel tongs , work ok but not great for short hair 🤦🏼

LOVELY TONGS, EASY TO USE, LIGHTWEIGHT, ONLY THING THAT CONFUSED ME WAS THAT IT ADVERTISED THAT THE TONGS HAD A VARIABLE HEAT CONTROL, BUT THE TWO THAT I PURCHASED ONLY HAVE AN ON/OFF SWITCH.

Item works as I had hoped. Carmen is a good product have just had to throw my old hairdryer away after 30 years. Obviously a Carmen as pieces of it kept falling off. So hopefully I will get as many years out of this little hairdryer as I had off my old one.
