I really like this supplement. The ingredients are high quality and it tastes good. It’s nice to have a chewable tablet option for l-methylfolate. On top of all that, the size of the tablet is so small which makes it even easier to take and that’s a huge perk. This is a great supplement and I would definitely recommend.

According to the label the product is a good quality and has sufficient content. The taste was a little off putting to me so rather than letting it dissolve sublingually, I would favor swallowing it. It is such a small pill that it is easy to swallow and its pinkish in color. It did feel like it gave me a mental boost, but need to confirm with more persistent use. Overall a good value.
