The Everything Executor and Trustee Book: A Step-by-Step Guide to Estate and Trust Administration (The Everything Books)

The book I received was virtually brand new - actually it WAS brand new. The only marks were those "overstock" marks on the bottom of the book. Made no difference to me as I ordered this for reference purposes.. After reading this I felt well-prepared to meet with my lawyer/CPA to discuss the various aspects of this issue.

I found this book to have good advise on what you may be facing as a new trustee. I needed all the help I could get.

Sadly, I am settling 2 estates at the same time. I read this book in one sleepless night and gleaned a lot of helpful information. Gave me a lot of valuable information that probably saved me a good deal of time.

This book might be good years before a death when you're trying to make plans but after a death needing questions answered about what needs to be taken care of, how soon and the variations state-to-state it was not helpful.

This book is very informative and the legal language is easy to understand. It is also easy to look up information because of the way the book is organized.
