I like their taste which will certainly help out with eating these in the long term. I do notice a bit of a boost, after a few days of taking these and they seem legit. Worth trying out as the pricing didnt seem bad either

These gummies seem to do what it says on the package. B vitamins are good for energy. They do not make us feel jittery or anything like that. There were no weird smells to these gummies. I do prefer non gummy vitamins though because if it gets hot, they melt together and then you aren't really sure how much is in each one anymore. The gummies are pretty sticky but easy to chew. All in all these are a decent supplement from what we can tell

These are very good-tasting, good-chewing gummies, first and foremost. I pretty much love anything cherry flavor, and these deliver for me in that regard. Definitely one of the better gummies I've tried, and I've tried a bunch at this point. As far as active ingredients, I like the idea behind it, and I think they help, but I don't think they're a huge difference maker in terms of energy during a workout. That said, I like that they don't have caffeine in them, since I get caffeine from other sources. I like that these have electrolytes plus b vitamins, including niacin, and vitamin c. It's a bit pricey for a can of 24 servings, in my opinion, but if you like something sweet to chew on during a hard workout that also helps keep your energy up, they're worth a little splurge.

In my experience of using this intermittently, these gummies can give you a small boost on workout days when you're not feeling 100%, but it's not enough to really push your performance.I generally took these to make up a lack of carbs in my breakfast for the day, there's not a ton of electrolytes here, but a decent amount of B12 (which I generally already get enough of in my diet)The flavor here is fine, and they're incredibly easy to chew and swallow quickly.

These gummies have some good flavor to them and I have been taking them before runs in the neighborhood. I seem to have better runs with them than without them. Maybe it's a placebo thing but even so, having the extra vitamins before, during, and after can't hurt. I'd definitely get these again.

Had high hopes that these would taste similar to their tablets but I found them unnaturally-sweet and slighting off-tasting (medicinal/metallic). As I'm trying different supplements in their gummy form (for ease of intake), this won't make it into my rotation due to the taste. I did get a slight hint of energy but as I'm a caffeine junkie, it's far less of an effect that other caffeine-forward pre-workout supplements.

These gummies taste better than I expected, but not comparable to what candy would taste like. The texture is definitely on the mushy side, instead of plump and bounce like typical gummy candy as well. Very convenient for a dose of vitamin B. The only con for me is that the serving size is 3 pieces, so the jar runs out a lot faster than I would like.

I’d say it’s less of a gummy and more of a ‘chew’.🍯 The sugar content isn’t negligible. Feels like they could’ve opted for maybe a blend of sugar + sugar-free, but ah well.Overall, not terrible. I still pop them before workouts and they’re pleasant enough to consume.
