Not good quality at all

This looked to me like a really cool product with a nifty little device built into the lid to give you an indication as to how hot your tea/coffee is. The device itself does appear to work (a light press at any time will activate the temperature display) and the cup itself is really good quality; sturdy, leakproof and aesthetically pleasing.My issue with the product however is that the thermometer fitted on top of the lid can’t be detached meaning you can’t actually wash the lid. I contacted the seller (really lovely and helpful btw) and they confirmed that the lid can’t be immersed in water and has to be dabbed dry. Unless you’re filling the cup with only hot water, I think most people would want to be able to hygienically (and safely) wash the lid when they wash their cup…? The other thing is, if you can’t remove the device, presumably it will eventually run out of battery and stop working altogether.It really is a stylish cup and I like the screen idea but I think the lid needs to be redesigned with a detachable thermometer to address the issues outlined.

No relief valve or airhole so pretty much nothing comes out of the drinking spout.The thermometer is to show you if you're about to chug scalding hot tea or coffee. Useful!In fact there's a little icon of a water drop: Red for too hot, green for hot but drinkable. I assume there's also a blue 'Oh your drink went cold, all the world's woe be upon you. Unless it was iced coffee then rejoice! It's still cold.' icon.The little gold knob is a catch. Push to release the flap that prevents your bevvy being a spilly.I filled this up with boiling hot instant chocolate. It was indeed still 40ºc after 6 hours.The thermometer displays when you touch the readout so it's not always-onThere is no replaceable battery or charge port. Once this thing is out of juice, it ded.

A decent product, which has performed incredibly well and been so useful for us. Sturdy, reliable and much better quality than we expected. As with most things, you can't tell from purchasing online exactly what you will get - but this has been a welcome purchase and one we are delighted with. It performs as well as other similar items used previously - and at a reasonable price point.We love!Well made, well presented, great packaging that is not too excessive, and of course great quality and value - highly recommended by us.

a very nice travel mug, great look and nice quality, vacuum insulated with an thermometer integrated on top of the lid a very good idea I've never seen a travel mug like this before the cup has a good size, the thermometer is very accurate but sometimes needs to be pressed few times to read the correct temperature. easy to wash and can be a nice present as comes nicely presented in own cardboard box, just wrapping in a nice paper and ready to be gifted will be very appreciated.

It worked good, but now it's stuck in 97 degrees after a easy wash, not dishwasher. You can't expect people not washing their flask.

Cette bouteille isotherme avec affichage de la température est très pratique et garde les boissons chaudes ou froides pendant de longues heures. Le design est élégant et l'afficheur est un vrai plus pour connaître la température en un coup d'œil. Cependant, le seul inconvénient majeur est que le changement de la pile de l'afficheur semble impossible, ce qui pourrait poser un problème à long terme. Malgré cela, c'est un excellent produit pour ceux qui aiment surveiller la température de leur boisson

This product is perfect in every way. It looks elegant and it stays at room temperature in your hand. It does not leak and is easy to use and hold. You can take it to work and move around with it and don'tworry about burning your hand or leaking. It has an icon that displays the temperature inside. I absolutely love it.
