Delicious fruitcake
Excellent fruitcake moist and fresh. Marzipan and icing good too. Quite expensive but top quality ingredients. Lovely with a slice of Wensleydale cheese. Northern tradition.

Had high hopes, but was let down with the smell and taste. Very strong spices, which over powered the flavour of the cake.

What does generic mean? This was simply a poor quality imitation of a 'Christmas' cake. Best avoided and buy local.
