Poor thermal conductivity and frequent disconnection.
Firstly, the claim of a "toolless installation" is inaccurate, as the setup requires the included screwdriver. More critically, the device fails in its primary function: the supplied thermal pad is ineffective, leading to significant SSD overheating and thermal throttling. This is compounded by persistent issues where the SSD intermittently disconnects from the host system, resulting in operational instability. Overall, this is a very poorly engineered and unreliable product.

Enclosure is good, but the cable it comes with is pretty bad.
The ssd enclosure itself is very good, the build quality is pretty nice. I'm using 1tb ssd and its working pretty good. But the usb-c wire that it came along with is very very bad. It keeps disconnecting by itself and the read and write is very very bad.I used another ugreen usb c cable and its working fine with that.

Works great! Compatible with nvme ssd drives not sata m.2 - But I knew that. Easy for me to clone, erase and format my all of nvme drives without having to open my pc.
