I am writing an update to my previous review. The seller reached out and offered to ship an updated version of this tool free of charge. Not only did it immediately start charging when I plugged it in, it also has a display that provides an easy to read signal that the tool is charging and what level of charge it has. It is important to note that this device will not turn on while plugged in, so don't panic if you hit the button while charging and it doesnt start spinning. Overall, it cleans well, is easy to use and hangs up for storage. Thank you to the seller for reaching out! A+This tool looked like it'd be really helpful, so I was excited when it arrived. I unboxed, assembled per the instructions, and allowed the tool to charge for several hours. The charging light appeared when I plugged it in as well as the entire time it was charging, but after hours on the charger, nothing. I couldn't tell if this was a battery problem or an on/off button malfunction. I didn't try to troubleshoot, so I cannot comment on any customer or technical service. Item was returned.

Update: received the updated version and so far it works great. It’s only been two uses so time will tell but I am hopeful.Since the company seems to monitor these one piece of advice. It would be super helpful if the power button wasn’t located directly where you put your hands to hold it while cleaning. I accidentally turn it off often. Otherwise useful product.I got this at the end of 2023 and have used it probably 10 times since then. The first 8 times were amazing. Worked super well and takes a lot of the hard work out of cleaning the bathtub and shower stall. The next time though it would stop working after about thirty seconds of turning on. I assumed it needed to be charged even though I had just done that. Nope. Continued with the same problem. I put it away and picked it up again this week to try and not only did it do the same thing, this time it only stayed on for about five seconds before finally just not turning on. This is great in concept but not worth the money for something that doesn’t last even a reasonable amount of uses. After reading reviews it seems this is happening often. Skip it and try a different brand if you want this item.

This scrubber is the best thing I’ve purchased.Pros:1:cordless2: can change the length and angle easily3:don’t have to get on hands and knees to scrub the bath tub.4: it has an attachment so it can hang on the shower rod to dry.5: it’s great for scrubbing shower mats as wellCons:Can’t think of any.

Wow! This product has made my life some much easier! My back doesn't kill me when I get done cleaning my shower, or toilet. But best of all it comes apart and becomes smaller so I can still use it on my sinks! This is one of the best gadgets I have ever gotten! I highly recommend it!

***EDITED - I am no longer disappointed. MultiYield reached out to me via email and here on my review. They offered a resolution and I accepted a new one sent to me. It came promptly as promised. I am so happy with the product. After the four hour charge, I used it on our two bathrooms. I am crippled up with Anklyosing Spondylitis and can not bend. This product is the missing link to keeping our bathrooms so sparkly clean. I love keeping our home fresh and clean, however, with disabilities, the bathrooms have always been the hardest to do. I actually enjoyed scrubbing the whole bathroom with this product!!!! I am so glad I took the plunge and made the purchase. 🤣 Pun intended!Thank you MultiYield for selling a very useful product and for making me a happy customer! 💜First time using it, it only worked for about 4 minutes. Then would shut off. Even with a full charge and following all instructions. Second time using it, it only worked for 5 seconds and then shuts off. I am not using pressure to make it turn off and flash red. I hit the on button and without even touching the brush onto anything, just holding it, it still shuts off at 5 seconds. Then I am able to turn it back on after 5 seconds. Then after 5 seconds it turns off again. Not once, did I get to use it. IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!! I am so disappointed. I am crippled up and was counting on this being a good thing. I don’t make a lot of money, but, was hoping this would have been a blessing instead of a piece of junk.

I purchased this while looking for something that would allow me to easily clean hard to reach spaces and the shower. After reading the reviews I felt this to be the better option of the different brands that I saw. I really like how easy it was to assemble, the fact that it holds a charge for a very long period of time, the different brush angles and the overall ease of use. But I did find that it does not scrub hard enough. The brush bristles are very soft and smash when pressed up against the shower wall so that there is very litle scrubbing at all. More like a gentle buffing effect. So the deep cleaning that I expected to get did not happen at all. Same experience with the different brush attachments. Dissappointed with the product, I would not recommend it if you wish to scrub while cleaning.

I decided to order this due to chronic back pain and thought I'd give my back a rest. It is somewhat heavy, but not unbearably so. It takes no effort to scrub the tub, and does an especially good job on the corners where the tub meets the wall surround. It has a tendency to kick away from whatever your scrubbing due to the oscillating action.

I have updated my review from a 3 to & star! Initially when I got the brush it worked well but for some reason wouldn't work again when I went back to use it. Almost immediately the sellers reached out to me and I received a brand new brush! I have used it a few times already with zero issues at all! It comes it comes in so handy when cleaning my bathroom! Thank you for the amazing service and product!! Will definitely recommend!!

Original Product would not hold a charge or turn on- returned immediately.Update.Received a new one. Works as intended. Made cleaning the shower much easier since I didn’t have to get on my knees to scrub.Wish it had slightly more power but it worked well.

Couldn’t get it to turn on. The vendor reached out and explained it takes a ten second press of the power button to turn on. Thank you for your patience.

Edited to add:The company reached out and offered to send me a new one. So kudos for excellent customer service. Unfortunately, once the new unit was fully charged that one wouldn't even turn on. Plugged it back in and the light was red, it required another 15 minute charge but still would not turn on. Obviously there's an issue with the batteries they are using. Must be a bad batch.You'd think they woukd have at least tested the new one before sending it out. So while I am impressed with their customer service and trying to resolve the issue, they need to start opening these units and test them. A bad unit is one thing, but two in a row is a bigger issue they need to address because it's only hurting their reputation.- - - - -I bought this for spring cleaning. Worked great when I tried it, but by the time spring rolled around it was Dead. Would not turn on, and there was no way to return it.Do not buy this, it's a waste of money!!!!
