fits mine nicely
This is better than what I got with the stand. Time will tell though.

Good value, works well
Good value, works well. This pouring shield fits well over my KitchenAid stainless steel mixing bowl. It is not a tight or snap on fit, you just set the shield over the bowl, aligning the opening with the neck of the mixer. It is easy to pour ingredients into the opening and the shield prevents ingredients from jumping out of the mixing bowl. I hand wash it because I don't want to risk it becoming cloudy in the dishwasher.

It Doesn’t Fit!
does not fit the 9” diameter 5qt glass bowl of the KitchenAid artisan tilt head model. I agree with those who said it’s flimsy. KitchenAid tells me that they don’t make a shield for the glass bowls, only the metal. But I like the glass bowl. Like the saying goes, “we can put men on the moon….” Will keep looking.

It works when it's on
The sliding part of this is a little persnickety, it doesn't always fit in the grooves, so I'm a little concerned it's going to get beaten up one of these days after dropping itself in the bowl. Just be sure all parts are on the bowl before using. It's great for whipped cream, and I don't have to clean up the counter every time I make it.

doesn't fit
I have a model KV25G0XMH 5 quart lift Kitchenaid and this does not fit my metal bowl. The description states it fits a tilt head mixer but further in their detail they list: "WIDE APPLICATION: The mixing bowl pouring shield is designed for 4.5-5 quart bowl-lift stand mixers. Suitable for KitchenAid stand mixing bowls, not only for this stainless-steel bowl, but also for glass bowls, and ceramic bowls." Unfortunately, It didn't fit mine. That being said, I'm a little curious about the hardness of the plastic. It seems like it would be prone to cracking and should be a more flexible material to make attaching it easier and possibly help with the longevity of the shield. It it works for your model, it would be quite helpful in pouring flour, sugar or liquid into your mixer without making a mess.

No More Flour Everywhere
I bought this pouring shield because I was tired of cleaning up after every baking session. Now that I’ve been using it for a while, I can say it makes a big difference. It fits my KitchenAid 4.5-quart bowl perfectly, and I don’t have flour flying around the kitchen anymore. Adding ingredients while mixing is easy, and the shield feels secure. It’s also really easy to wipe down after use, which I appreciate.

Not What We Expected
This was for my wife's mixer. When it came in, she attempted to put it on the bowl, but she had a very difficult time getting it to fit. She also feels that it is very flimsy and will break easily.
