Good To Know
I had a thermometer for fridge and freezer for years. Old school with actual mercury. Besides keeping a toxin in your fridge along with your food, it only read one at a time, so you had to keep moving it from one to another (or buy another one). Speaking of reading, it was really tough to do with the numbers being so small and the thermometer steaming up.With this set of thermometers, all that goes out the window. I can see how much temperature I lose when I open and close doors on the more than ample digital display. It gives me highs and lows so I can see if I have issues. This was extremely helpful for my beer fridge (located in the garage) which I found was getting up to nearly 55 degrees on hot days, but whenever I checked my old therm, it said temps were fine. Now I know.Good product. The only negative was all the batteries they consume. I'm hoping they last a while!

Not impressed
I ordered the AMIR Wireless Refrigerator Thermometer to eliminate the need to open the fridge or freezer door just to check the temperature. That objective was successfully met with this device, although I could never get the two remote temps to sync tighter than 1.2 degrees. The temp variance ranged over a 48 hour period of .9 degree to 1.4 degrees, with readings taken at different times. Seemed odd when both sensors were located side by side. The displayed temps should have been more like .1 degree difference, if any. I am however impressed that the monitor component has an alarm for each sensor. You can place the monitor display anywhere convenient to you and know the temp status at any time.I'm now testing for accuracy of temp readings against other wired temp probe devices. So far, results are not encouraging but readings are still stabilizing. Pressing the CLE button on top of monitor display removes the MAX Temp value and inserts current temp reading. I have observed that it takes a long time to see a realistic temp from these sensors, other than ambient temps. An ambient temp reading will be fairly stable within 15 minutes with this device, but in the fridge and freezer, it takes several hours to stabilize. Unacceptable, in my opinion. The sensors should be more responsive than requiring more than a few minutes to stabilize. Lastly, I am hoping to hear an audible alarm once the readings are stabilized because I set the MIN & MAX values prior to inserting probes into fridge and freezer compartments.UPDATE 2 hours after sensor installation: I have a 3-4 degree differential on freezer compartment, with wireless sensor still displaying a downward trend in values reported. It is just taking a long time to get to actual temp evidently. Again, not acceptable, in my opinion. The whole idea of an alarm is to buy time to resolve the source of the alarm being triggered. I don't need to hear an alarm 2 hours after the fact. The technology just does not appear refined enough for my expectations at this price point. Besides, you need a total of 7 AAA batteries for operation of the system. I may be returning this product.UPDATE 7 hours after sensor installation: The temperature differential between the two sensors' displayed temps is now about 3 degrees for the freezer (displaying a -10.3 although I've actually seen a -11). The fridge reading is 39.9 degrees even though by an actual mercury type thermometer, the actual temp is 35 degrees F. I will be sending the device back to manufacturer because I can get this level of accuracy at a much lower expense while also not opening the doors of the appliance.

Works great
We think it's important to keep a constant correct temperature in the frig trying to keep it at 36-37 and the freezer at 0-1. Sometimes you wonder if it is so we have used thermometers in the past but you have to open the door just to check. This works great being able to see both readings at anytime at a quick glance. We've only had it about a week but so far no issues.

Works perfectly!
This thermometer was a little bit fiddly to get going, but the instructions are quite clear, and now it works perfectly. The LED display is large and easy to read. Highly recommended.
