Work as well as breathright extra strength. I do wipe my nose with rubbing alcohol before applying. These stay all night, are thin but effective without the bulky support like breathright. Mildly difficult to remove but worth the hassle. My new favorite brand

I’ve been using nasal strips for about a year and these hands down are the best. They are soft and comfortable and hold my nose open at night and don’t interfere with my CPAP. Unlike most nasal strips I’ve used, the plastic strip is well inside and does not stick out and poke your face. Not one has come off at night but remember to wipe your nose with alcohol and apply after it dries and hold in place for about 10 seconds. I forget it’s on.

These are an absolute godsend for those of us who can’t tolerate the rigid plastic of some of the “name brand” nose strips. I would always end up ripping those off on my sleep due to discomfort. These are flexible with just enough rigidness to hold the airway open. My asleep-self is comfortable enough to leave it on all night and I am waking up so much more refreshed now that I can breathe properly! I have a small nose and was worried about the size but no issues there. I don’t find it painful to remove in the morning - it’s sticky but the adhesive doesn’t irritate my skin. 10/10 will be switching to these for the long haul.

Here's what I can say about these nasal strips. They are not as good as the Breathe Right large strips that I was using, but the price of those was getting out of hand. I looked at alternatives and found these. They do get the job done, but I just wish the plastric strip embedded in these was a bit stronger. Here are some things to know about these: 1. My routine has always been to apply these after a night time shower. If that isn't possible, it's important you clean the application area well to limit oils. I always apply within 15-20 minutes of getting out of the shower. 2. When applying, I keep my index fingers pressing on the far ends of the strip for about 10 seconds to warm the adhesive for better adhesion. 3. If you follow those two steps, these things stick better than any Breathe Right strip I've ever used. For example, I'd say once or twice a week, I'd have a Breath Right strip give way on one side, but I've never had that happen. But, I don't think these apply quite as much pressure as the large heavier duty Breath Right strips did. 4. If you have sensitive skin, these may have too much adhesion to make it uncomfortable to remove. Holding a damp warm/hot towel against your nose for 10-20 seconds can make them easier to remove. Overall, I'm pleased with these. They have some pros and cons, but for the price, they're hard to beat. I just ordered my second box, so I have been using them for a few months now, and while not quite as good as the name brand strips out there, they do get the job done at a fraction of the cost. I've tried some of the other generic strips which were trash. These are the only ones I've ever bought where I reordered. I deducted a star for the somewhat difficult nature of removing them, and for the plastic strip not being quite as thick as the Breathe Right strips.

I don’t write reviews often, but these are amazing nasal strips. The second you place them on your nose, it opens your nostrils immediately. I recommend you wash and dry your nose well. Also, press your nose for at least 20 seconds, to make sure it adheres to your nose.

I have sleep apnea and I don't get enough oxygen at night. Nasal strips are one solution for helping get some more oxygen. I clean my face at night then use the strips. Easy to peel off and stick on the nose according to the package instructions. They open my nostrils enough I can feel extra airflow. They don't smell, they are durable, and last a while. I haven't had any skin irritation and I have sensative skin. The only problem I find is if you place it wrong, it may not stick back on, or if you are a face down sleeper, it will not stay all night.

These work OK, but they're not as good as the original brand or the Walmart knock-off because they're not as stiff, and the adhesive comes loose over night.

I've been wearing these for years now. Stick to my nose great! Open my nasal canals up great! Come off my nose great! But, The fuzzy hairs sometimes drives me nuts!!!!!!

Excellent produit, pourtant j étais sceptique ...avant Ces patches sont parmi les moins chers Si l on respecte les conditions d utilisation ,on observe bien une amélioration du volume d air a chaque inspiration Penser, préalablement à se moucher pour libérer les fosses nasales Bien nettoyer avec de l' eau et du savon la peau sur la partie du nez ou l on veut poser le patches, bien sécher la peau . Après avoir enlevé les deux ailettes de papier qui protègent la surface autocollante ,en appuyant sur chaque côté, positionner le patches sur la partie basse du nez a 1 à 1.5centimètres de l extrémité du nez Presser bien pour assurer l adherence. Au bout d 1 à 5minute on ressent comme une sorte de dégagement de la paroie nasale Pour l'enlever, bien détremper le patche avec de l'eau pour faciliter son décollement. Soulever délicatement par une extrémité et le décoller sans tirer. C'est tout, mais malgré la gêne des premières minutes, l'utilisation est très simple, et le résultat très agréable, en tout cas je ressens comme une amélioration.

J'ai une malformation des cavités nasales + des allergies aux graminés et accariens... j'ai voulu tester pour voir si ça pouvait changer quelque chose, mais ça ne sert à rien dans ce cas précis.

Colle bien, ce qui n'est pas le cas avec d'autres (ceux qui sont noirs en particulier qui ne colle pas). Assez larges pour bien prendre la narine.
