USB C to DC 5.5mm x 2.1mm 100W PD Power Cable 5.9FT Type C to DC Barrel Jack for Laptop Work with 100W+ PD Source

For some reason there are still manufacturers who persist in using a barrel connector to get power into their devices, even though there are excellent powerful battery units available which make such devices usable away from AC outlets. This cable works to provide power from a battery which has only USB ports into a device which requires a barrel adapter. HOWEVER, be forwarned, the barrel end of this doesn't fit every device so you may need to purchase a set of adapters which slip over the barrel connector on this cable and connect to your device. For example, the BeeLink Mini PC requires a "C" adapter (the sets of adapters usually have various letters molded into the plastic insulation) which has a larger center pole than this cable has. Luckily I have had several sets of adapters which came with various devices through the years so I have several "C" adapters as well as others for other devices so I can power many different devices from a battery using this cable. If you are going to power a device from a battery using this cable, be sure that the device is tip-positive (center-positive) because this cable is that. It seems that the industry has settled on that as a standard but an older device might be tip-negative, in which case this will NOT work for you. This works very well!

Unfortunately, this USB-C cable failed to work with my Starlink Mini after numerous attempts, and it caused repeated disconnects from the Starlink WiFi network. I was unable to maintain a consistent connection long enough to update the software. I used the Jackery 100+ under a clear sky to power the Starlink and ultimately after contacting Starlink tech support, we determined that it was the 3rd-party USB-C cable after I used the AC adapter and connected without issue. Starlink tech support sent me their 16ft USB-C cable and I am happy to say that I tested it successfully today with the Jackery 100+. Sometimes 3rd party parts and accessories just don't compare to the original manufacturer's parts.

Works perfect for my Starlink mini using 100w USB-C connection on my power bank. Feels rugged and it does have the moisture protecting plugs. I purchased the 16 feet cable, which was way more then I needed. I bought a second cable set just in case.

Works as its suppose to, even using on off road vehicle it doesn't skip a beat, or lose connection.

Save your money. No power to Starlink mini. Waste of 34.00 bucks. EDIT…. I have revised to four stars, as I discovered I was not plugged into something powerful enough to operate the Starlink. I will come back and revise as necessary when I get the proper converter to make sure I have at least 50 W to run the Starlink. Cable seems to be good quality and hopefully works with the proper power supply. Third edit. 5 stars. It was all my fault. Starlink needs about 50 W. I was plugging into 18 W once I corrected my power supply this cable works flawlessly.

Product is working perfectly. I love how easy it is to wrap up and stow away with the Mini. Would buy again.

The only thing that concerns me is, while I do tend to set up my starlink when I need it, the part that goes into the starlink since its weather proof fits very snug, so my only concern is it's a little on the tight side (as is the OEM cable) when removing the cable. It is possible to take it out carefully and not damage the cable, its definitely a quality cable, but only time will tell, so far so good.
