This vacuum is one of my best Amazon purchases ever!!! I have a house with mixed hardwood flooring and carpets and I bought this for my hardwood floors. I have two big dogs a German Shepherd mix and a lab mix. The hair situation is ridiculous and we have to sweep or vacuum every single day. This vacuum makes it so easy because it's light it's easy to store and it works so well on my hardwood floors and picks up all of the dog hair floating around. My floors have never looked better. The battery stays charged and the other battery is always charging so we are never out of power. I highly recommend if you have pets and hardwood floors that this is the vacuum for you.

Good suction, great maneuverability lightweight, and very quiet. Super easy to remove, empty and replace canister. Battery life is excellent and with 2 batteries there is always a backup. So convenient that the vacuum adjusts automatically from floor to carpet cleaning. I haven’t installed my wall mount yet but wish the vacuum would stand up alone. Excellent value and quality. Highly recommend.

This cordless stick vacuum is really nice. I thought it would be heavier than it is, but it's fairly light weight. I like how easy it was to put together. Once both of the batteries were charged, this excellent stick vacuum was so efficient it only needed one battery, and it still had some charge left. The suction is great and appears really well made. Best of all my wife's long hair does not wrap around the brush because it has anti-tangle design. Also, the motor is brushless which makes it more powerful, durable and efficient. I buy brushless motor cordless tools/vac for their durability and extra power. Really easy to move around the house and in tight spots, and under the beds and couch. Nice product.

so far I really like this vacuum I’ve only used it for like two weeks so Longevity I cannot say anything about. But the suction is decent for a stick vacuum. It’s really easy to maneuver and get under things and around things picks up hair fairly well we have cats and overall for the prize I think it’s worth the money. The battery life is decent. I can get around the house pretty much we have a small two bedroom and I have no problem getting around all the house with one battery, but they do give us two so if I ever do run out I know I have the other battery to replace and start again. We really needed a vacuum overall I do really like this vacuum. It’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do and easy to dispose of the waste. It was easy to put together. It’s easy to adjust. Just a nice little vacuum.

I was skeptical i was going to like to this vacuum as i watched a few reviews and they laud this vacuum as being great bang for your buck. After about months worth of use i must say it has exceeded my expectations and is a pretty great compact vacuum. Its light but does a great job at what you would hope sucking. The extra battery is a nice touch as they dont last long but about 15 minutes to 20 minutes at full suction it does the trick. The floor attachment is pretty great and is really easy to take apart bottom unit to remove hairs to avoid jamming it up. I wish there was a way to keep the vacuum at 100% after you turn it off but thats just a small nit pick. If you are looking for a dyson like clone this is a great option and does the trick at like 5x times the savings.

First, STELLAR customer support, A+, Once opened, it's so light, it Seemed like a toy, VERY lightweight, but it's not...have been using for 3 weeks and I love it !! Now understand if you buy it, it's not a Dyson, so don't expect the same, but for this price, I'd say easily a WINNER !! Recharges quickly, came with 2 batteries, which is a HUGE plus, one battery easily does 800 sq. Ft. twice, between 2 batteries, you have easily over an hour of power !! that's where the 2nd battery rules!! Compact, light weight, super low profile that fits under everything, and very decent power for the $$.... Came with two extra filters, one foam, one HEPA, haven't needed to change in 3 weeks of daily use, just rinse the foam pre filter and your good to go, has an excellent "micron" metal cone filter in canister. If they upgraded the batteries, and added just a little more power, this could compete with any of the big brands, it's almost there now. Overall, this is a great stick vac, if it broke, I'd buy another, at this price you'll have trouble beating it... This is not for cleaning huge office buildings, or commercial duty, but you probably could. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend if you need a small inexpensive stick vac that actually works, this is one !!

We've really been enjoying using this vacuum; it's quick and easy to use and to clean- most of the time! Today is not one of those times! The little tiny wheels at the front corners of the head tend to pick up hair and lint but there isn't a good way to clean them, and once they collect too much they stop rolling and then the head just skids around. I just spent a half-hour trying to clean them, and they finally will roll but they're still not completely cleaned out. To make matters worse, I decided to contact Smoture support, only to find out they require your Amazon order number before you can leave them a message; there is NO legitimate reason why they need your order number to support their product. And I didn't have it with me because i was on my phone and I don't use amazon on my phone, only on my desktop computer. What a pain to have to start up my pc just so i can get the order number! So I figured, as long as Smoture has forced me to get on my computer and log in to Amazon, I might as well take the opportunity to share a couple tidbits about them!
