These are well built Hand grips that give your workout some versatility by allowing you to get into different range in reps.

Grippy handle, but giving 4 stars because the attachment point will not accommodate larger snap hooks used at many commercial gyms.

These handles are very well made. They look like something you'd find in a commercial gym. The rubber grip is just the right amount of squishiness for a good grip. When I use this for triceps, my forearms get more of a workout than when I use traditional triceps ropes.

The grip on this handle is amazing. It forms nicely to my hand and really allows for a solid hold during heavier lifts. If it was just a little longer I would boost it to 5 stars
