For others, best to seek medical advice from your own health care providers since everyone is different and there are many health care effects that might be claimed for choline supplementation, when I started looking it up.This brand I like because of the dose and the amount in the bottle. Using this when I feel the need, this can last me a long time. With that, I would prefer if the price was a little lower. It does have a slight aftertaste, which I don’t care for, but I swallow them quickly and the aftertaste only lasts for a few seconds. The capsules are a little bit thicker than most others, but overall, still about medium to medium-large in size. These don’t upset my stomach and haven’t caused me any unpleasant side effects.
