Atomberg technician : Ashish is a great guys with thorough customer service attitude & empathy to customer problem. If not for his great service, I would have rated a 1, since these fans are below average quality. Why? - All of my 7 fans have given some or the other problem right from week-1 & has generated 10 complaints so far, some were repeat.

The product is as specified in the website. Good looks, low noice level, functional remote, 3 yrs warranty. However, the assembly person did not connect the safety cable.

Renesa plus: Fan is superb but no dust resistant.
Pro's: 1. Energy Saving. 2. Good air delivery. 3. Remote control function is good. Con's 1. No dust resistant, better buy Renesa model rather than Renesa + and save money. 2. I have installed 2 fans in hall. If I switched OFF or ON the Fan using remote both the Fan gets OFF and ON. Similarly for speed, I unable to control one Fan.
