If you’re nervous about purchasing from them like I was? I would say go for it! It’s doing great and really fast! It wasn’t hard to set up at all out of the box! I got a killer deal on it too! There is no noise problems and runs very smoothly. They respond fast if you have any concerns. It’s very sturdy and worth the money. I had my own screen and I can invest in a better one later down the line but if I’m being honest this PC really bought out the features I couldn’t use due to my previous PC I purchased a HP 110 back in November of 2013 it served my needs well but I knew I needed an upgrade. It would boot up fine but needed time to load apps 4 minutes kind of like a old car lol This one everything starts up within a literal blink of an eye. I believe I had 8gb of ram 1tb storage so you know my previous computer with a dinosaur. I didn’t meet the qualifications to upgrade to windows 11 due to my old system not having the right specs, and windows 10 support ends in 2025 so if you’re doing your research like me it can be intimidating especially with no help. But these specs are awesome. I’m not going to do gaming on it but if I wanted I have more than enough RAM to do so. PS5 has 16gb of RAM I have 64GB of ram and most gaming pc’s have 32gb of ram and do just fine. They threw in a 512GB storage as well which was so awesome of them. My overall opinion on it is GO FOR IT. You won’t regret it!

Purchased this computer and I lost all my data when it crashed within a few months. I had my local computer guy check it and he said the harddrive was a no name brand and none HP and it failed and could not recover data. Sent to professional data recovery and they told me the same thing, the pc has none HP parts with no brand name and the data was lost. Worse part is this seller would not respond to my messages so I had Amazon reach out to him and he did not respond to them. Do not purchase from this seller.

Excellent I/O and computational response. Chrome has locked up on me several times, but otherwise, this PC has been working fine. I love the fact that it's very quiet; my last Lenovo was very loud (fan and disk). This machine cost more than I wanted to spend, but I keep it clean with SpyZooka and F-Secure. I have it running BOINC Manager programs for Einstein@home and MilkyWay@home without CPU or memory conflicts. So far, I've been satisfied with the performance,

I purchased this computer to replace my current Hp Envy which finally stopped working after almost 7 years. I love the speed of the computer where I can have multiple applications open with little slow down. Setup was very easy and up in running in about 20-30 minutes. The tower does not have a disc drive. The SSD external drive which, came with the unit is very fast. Very quiet computer.

Feels a little unfair to review a brand new PC, because we all know that all PCs get slower and slower as they age. But still, I have had this for about a month now, and I really am enjoying how it goes from shut down to up and running even faster than my Samsung tablet or Pixel smartphone restart. Not used for work, and I'm not a gamer, so my uses are pretty minimal. Works as advertised. I can't see any reason not to recommend it to others. My review is honest, but I will note that this brand was purchased in honor of my late uncle who died as a passenger in an automobile accident. He was an electronics engineer for Hewlett Packard. So, if HP makes it, I only purchase their brand. EDIT: Not sure you should trust the free backup SSD offered with this PC. Mine suddenly stopped working, and I ended up smashing with a hammer and discarding. It was kept in a safe, and I have no idea why it failed.

This desktop has a known defect - it freezes regularly. (Something about an incompatible chip) HP's only solution is a hard reboot. Also, HP does not publish their tech support or customer service phone numbers anywhere. Regardless, the support for this desktop is through a third-party seller. Even though the product has a 1 year warranty through HP, the only thing HP will do is provide you a replacement - of another defective machine, and only if you contact them within 30 days of purchase. After I reached HP by calling their Sales Dept. and asking to be transferred, I was told I needed to go through Amazon since it was after 30 days. Then, and only then, did I realize the desktop was built and sold by a third party, Empowered PC, not HP! I am now sending my desktop back to Empowered PC for repair (shipping paid by me) since it is still under warranty. Will update this review after I see whether Empowered PC solves the freezing problem. I can't believe HP is even allowed to sell this desktop computer. It should be recalled! The whole customer service maze between HP, Amazon and Empowered PC was confusing and beyond frustrating. I will never buy anything from HP again OR buy a computer on Amazon.

A great, fast PC for the first 30 days. Boot sector on SSD failed on day 31, one day past Amazon's return policy. HP refused to honor warranty because they claimed Amazon modified the PC after it left their factory. Fortunately, I had the Asurion 3-yr extended warranty, so it's at their repair shop now. Also fortunately, I had all my data files backed up on an external hard drive, at Microsoft OneDrive, and/or on my old PC, which still works. This is a strong recommendation for backing up your data.
