Perfect Telescope for Both Beginners and the Best!
An amazing telescope for beginners and good people. It is decent as an astrophotographer and the magnification of this model is a strong 125 times enough to see rings of Saturn and stripes on Jupiter. The tripod it comes with is poor so I recommend getting a stand separately. Great product!

Fantastic
What a fantastic telescope. My son wanted one to look at the stars and moon whilst camping out in the garden. His friend had one from a well known toy store and they couldn't see anything through it, so I didn't want to buy the same one. I bought this at a great great price, it came via courier 2 days later and I was so pleased. It all comes folded up in a lightweight packback but the tripod opens into a full size tripod. The telescope has lots of extra lenses, is pretty sturdy and all in all is a great buy. My son has already tried it out, on the rare occasion the sky wasn't cloudy, and he could see the moon and stars very clearly. This is a great starter telescope, I would definitely recommend.

Good optics but stability poor.
All bits were there, fairly easy to assemble though instructions could be better. Very clear and sharp views of the moon with moon filter (sadly not supplied) with the lower power eyepiece. Not so sharp with the higher power possibly due to being almost impossible to keep the scope steady enough at this magnification. Easy to set up to see a big moon. Extremely difficult to find and focus on anything smaller without lots of patience and practice.

Unstable stand.
Good value for money however, the stand/tripod let's it down badly. It is lightweight and unbalanced compared to the weight and size of the telescope itself, eg. If the telescope is positioned in a downwards tilt you do have to hold the tripod or it will topple. I have fitted a bungee to the middle of the stand and anchored ut to the ground with a camping peg to secure it, not the nicest of looks but solves the problem.

Disppointed - Broke first use
Once we set up and tried the different lens's the attachment screw broke its plastic tread and spins so now we cant use it,as the attachments can fall out once you try to point the scope at the sky, was birthday gift and very disappointed. its the one screw that you would use every time you take out and it just went on first change. its a shame as it seems to be a good beginners telescope.

Quality telescope.
Bought this as a Christmas present for my 8 year old granddaughter she was very happy with it. Liked the fact that it fitted into the ruck sack. Also impressed with the quality.

Very good beginner's telescope.
It is an Awesome telescope for a beginner. It comes with a 3x Barlow lens and that makes astronomical use quite feasible. Image quality is good and the tripod(though many have complaints with it) is pretty okay too, since the telescope is very light. The bag is well padded and the total package is so light that it's a delight to carry around. One may underestimate the telescope's power and quality by the looks of it. An awesome product all in all with very good packaging by Amazon!
