There is nothing to not like. Delivery came sooner than I expected which was amazing! They fit so well and are snug and very comfortable. Definitely my go to shoes. I got my usual size and really happy with the sellers service. Thank you. I was hoping this company had the tan version of these as I would definitely buy a pair.

I recently purchased a pair of these slippers in black from this seller, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the product. The slippers were comfortable, well-made, and exactly what I was looking for. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I decided to purchase another pair in a different colour. Initially, I was delighted to find that the slippers in the colour I wanted were available at the same price as my previous purchase. However, when I proceeded to pay, I was shocked to discover that the price had suddenly increased by more than £10. I went back and the price was the same. But as soon as the buy now appeared, the price changed. Very deceitful. This sudden price hike when it was the moment to pay was unexpected and disappointing, especially since I had just purchased a pair at the lower price. In addition to the price increase, I also encountered issues with the availability of the slippers. Despite them being listed as available when I initially placed them in my cart, I later received a notification stating that they were no longer in stock. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, as I had specifically chosen this seller due to their previous reliability. To make matters worse, I promptly reached out to the seller to inquire about the price increase and availability issues as soon as this happened, but received no response. As a customer who has spent hundreds of pounds with this seller, I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication. Overall, while the product itself is of good quality, my experience with the seller has left me feeling unsatisfied and reluctant to make future purchases from them. I hope that they will take steps to improve their communication with customers and address issues regarding pricing changing within seconds back and fro, and availability in the future.
