I have some other brands that I also like but the silk was important to me since I was feeling my skin dry around my eyes with other materials. This one is soft, good quality, it is not too thick but it’s enough to light blocking very well. It’s easy to adjust and it doesn’t fall during the night - unless you want it loosely but it’s not easy to fall so don’t worry. I would recommend it for sure. - I also washed it with baby wipes to make the silk durable but I think hand washing is also good

This sleep mask is very comfortable to wear. The strap is adjustable which allows for a better fit and longer use after it inevitably stretches out from use. The contours help it to fit my face more comfortably and I appreciate the space around my eyes.

Works a lot better than the cheap thin one I was using. I’d recommend.

So, I'm kind of a sleep mask hoarder. I probably have upwards of 10 floating around my house and in a suitcase or two for traveling. I'm forever on the search for THE sleep mask.After trying so many, I've definitely come to know what works and doesn't for me. It needs to be 3D contoured, making space between the mask and my eyes. I HATE the feeling of a mask pulling against your eyes. It needs to be adjustable. It needs to have the flap of fabric around the nose area to reduce light bleed. It preferably needs to be made from silk.This mask checks all those boxes. I'm so happy to have found it.I did have to struggle for a minute or two to get the tube of silk that covers the adjustable band over the plastic adjuster piece, but after I did, it was fine. It was just sewn a bit too tightly I think to easily accommodate for it.I also noticed when I was making initial adjustments, the elastic which makes up the strap was "slippery" and the adjuster was a bit easier to move than I'd like. I've only used it one night so far and it did stay in place, but I've had others that moved. If this one does slide itself out of place, I might put a few stiches in the band so it doesn't have to be readjusted, which would be a bit of a pain due to the silk cover issue I mentioned above.Both of those things are so minor, especially in light of how great it is otherwise, so I don't feel they are worth removing a star for.The silk feels nice against your skin, there is no pressure on your eyes, it's adjustable with a silk cover over the band to protect your hair, and there is so very little light bleed along the bottom due to the bit of fabric around the nose cut out.I think I've finally found THE mask. So far, I'm loving it, and it's working very well for me.

The LitBear 100% Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask - 3D Contoured Eye Mask is very soft and comfortable. The deep eye pockets allow me to open and close my eyes without feeling me lashes against the mask. I am a side sleeper and it was a tad different at first, but after a while, it didn't feel any different. The nose flap was unnecessary for me - I kept it folded inside. Otherwise, it felt like something was on my nose. For a person who sleeps hotter - you may be able to keep it on all night. I sleep hotter, so I ended up removing it in the wee hours of the night.I will use it when traveling for sure - this mask does a great job of keeping the light out! Great value!

 This is a great mask. The silk fabric is smooth, and even the strap is covered in silk (there is one section with black elastic to make it easy to adjust how tight the mask is). All the silk feels nice on the face and helps limit hair frizz. Another excellent part of the design is that the adjuster on the strap is not velcro, which gets stuck on my hair; instead the adjuster in elastic. While I have many eye masks, this is my first silk mask that has contours so that I can open my eyes while wearing it and my lashes do not touch the mask. I love those contours. To be honest, when I first saw the mask I thought the area for the eye itself seemed rather small. But my eyes fit in there just fine. The mask also blocks light. The ultimate test is a brightly lit room. In a bright roo, a small sliver of light can be seen near the nose. But there is a small flap of fabric at the nose that can extinguish that light sliver: if I sortof scrunch that flap up then no light gets through! Obviously, if the mask does so well in a well-lit room, then it works even better in a darkened room. 
 This is my new favorite mask. It has the main feature I look for: totally light blocking, contoured eye section, silk fabric, and no velcro.

Wearing the sleep mask is almost a sensual experience. The fabric is silky smooth and feels *very* good against my face. The eyecups have enough depth that they don't tickle my eyelashes at all. The adjustable band combines with the fabric to stay stable and firmly in place during the night. However, the mask does not fit my face well, especially between my eyebrows and the bridge of my nose. Because of this, light leaks through and it is quite annoying! The other downside is that when I sleep on the side with the headband adjusting clip, the clip digs into the skin, leaving and impression which lasts for an hour or so, and also causes enough pain to give me a headache.

I like that this mask is soft and light weight. The strap did not pull on my hair during the night. Finally, a mask that blocks out all of the light. The mask did not bother my eyelashes. I slept on my side and the mask was still on my face by morning. I am very happy with the quality and design of this sleep mask. A fantastic find.
