Install was very easy and sizing is perfect for my Jeep Wagoneer. Glass to glass no bezel is what i was looking for! Picture quality is great. The kids love them. Great for the long road trips. Purchased two for driver Headrest and passenger side.

This is the second TV that has been sent to me, it does not cast from apple or android Netflix, prime, Hulu, or YouTube, you can hesr the audio but no picture. The pre downloaded apps do not work either, says there's a error. I had high hopes for this tv with the price, but it makes sense.

This is basically an Android tablet made for car use. It has the looks and feel of a very high quality tablet, very similar to the high end Galaxy tablets. The screen is exceptionally sharp and clear. Very easy to set up. All you have to do is plug it in and power it up. As with any tablet, you must have a WIFI connection to start streaming. Navigation is simple and intuitive. The settings and set up screens are native Android OS. The vendor did put their own simple UI on top of and Android OS. Most users of this device will simple turn on their phone's hotspot, and kids in the back seat will be able to watch Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, prime video, etc... Google play store is on the device, so I assume you will be able to download games and such to keep the kids entertained. (I did not try to download any games yet). This "tablet" has the headrest connection, power connection (both cigarette powered and car battery powered) cables included, and an included 64GB SD card. The device also has a built in FM modulator so you can pump movie sounds to the car's audio system. The table also has built in speakers, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm jack for headphones. Great for long trips with the kids!

Nice screen, good value for the money. The worst part is that the speakers are on the back of the device which means that when you mount this to a headrest all the volume goes right into the driver/passenger’s ear. We are going to try and add a speaker to project the sound forward.

Device kept turning off. I brought it new but you could tell it was previously used and returned because some parts were already together in the box. I bought this for my kids and was so irritated knowing I've spent $300 on something that doesn't work.

Do you dread the back seat when you take the family on a road trip? I sure do! I've had several car back seat entertainment systems in the past 30 years. Some were just before their time and were terrible. I still have one of those, but not for long! This entertainment system looks like it is what all the rest were NOT - a good quality, FUNCTIONAL back seat entertainment system. FINALLY! This system has an 11.1 inch QLED touch screen display. NICE! You can mount it on the back of the front seat headrest. The resolution is amazing: 2000 by 1200 pixels resolution! You can link it to a smartphone, link it to devices via Bluetooth OR WiFi! It even accepts HDMI and RCA jack (used in ancient devices) input! This car TV has the Android 14 operating system with the newest CortexA55 CPU and 664 bit operating system. With the touch screen you don't need a mouse or keyboard. It will be familiar to anyone who has ever used an Android smartphone. It works just like a smartphone. This system can play back 4K UHD videos using the H.265 encoding, so you can enjoy audio and video. It supports Bluetooth audio on headsets or Bluetooth speakers. The system has two built in speakers, but you can get much better sound using Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio jack. It even has an FM transmitter so you can listen over your car's FM radio. Slick! You can use it at home as well, via Bluetooth or wired connection to the 3.5mm audio jack. As with any android device, you can keep this entertainment system up to date via Google Play Store. That's a winning combination in my book!

The mount being a permanent part of this display is a bad idea. It runs a version of android, but is not plug and play. I plugged an HDMI cable into it and could not figure out how to play media onto the display. It did not find the input, which works on other displays. The device being as heavy, bulky and expensive as it is ought to have some kind of battery or wireless capabilities, but it has none that I can find. If it isn't plugged into power it shuts down immediately. It also can only be charged using their provided barrel plug power adapters, which is a massive knock--in 2024 if you don't allow your device to charge using PD over USB-C you are not competitive, period. Overall I'm extremely disappointed with this display. I had some high hopes for it. Absolutely non-intuitive interface, especially for something that's supposed to be loaded onto the back of a seat headrest, presumably for kids to use. I'm not about to snake cords all over my truck so my kids can stare at the home screen on an android device they don't know how to navigate and if accidentally unplugged shuts off immediately. No thank you.
