Bought for my son for his first car & he loves it. The unit is quite large but most of this is due to the length and put in the bottom right hand side of the windscreen, doesn't really obscure your view (which was a concern of mine). It works extremely well with my son's Hyundai i30 blutooth system and has full compatibilty with Apple Carplay and google maps which is what he wanted it for. It is easy to set up and has mounts for either windscreen or dashboard mounting. For the price, I am quite impressed with this unit and have a very happy son.

Item works very well. The instructions are not very good and quite a bit of time is wasted trying to figure out how to set everything up. It's great but the how to set it up bit is not so great!

Great didn’t disappoint

I have had this just under a year and it's been great, untill a month or so back it just stoped working properly. Every couple of minutes it's turning it's self off then coming back on but I have to redo the navigation or it would turn off come on but not connect to my phone. It's been driving me crazy. Iv change the cable iv changed from one port to another iv even bought a battery pack incase it was an electrical problem with the car. In the end iv given up and bought a totally different one . So frustrating because when it was working it was brilliant.

It's a nice size screen with pretty good sensitivity, especially for typing. The sound is average as you'd expect, it won't sound great for music if using the device on its own, but for voice navigation it's more than acceptable. And EQ would have been a nice touch. The biggest issue is the terrible arm as the unit is too heavy for the suction mount arm and so it falls off a lot so trying to mount it using the adhesive might be a better option.

Excellent simple and effective piece of kit Carpuride support even provided a cd player mount on request. for a better set up on my car

I purchased this in the hope of upgrading my vehicles current system, it already has Bluetooth connectivity, and phono etc. and I didn’t want to use a separate satnav, i tried it on a pre install to make sure it worked but the unit kept cutting off after it was on for about 10 mins. the back of the unit got very hot! to a point where it was too hot to touch, when you turned it back on with the units on/off switch it turned itself off again after about 10 seconds, I was concerned with the overheat issue, I can only review this under the one I purchased which obviously had a fault, so I have returned the unit without really knowing it’s potential, I did purchase the unit based on reviews, so I must have had a faulty unit, but it has put me off buying another,
