Works great! Not gluten-free but is fragrance-free
I put it in hot water, the temperature you microwave at when you put a tea bag in a mug. It works and easy to use.In case you need it, here is what the package says. It is not gluten-free since it contains wheat germ oil but is fragrance-free.Ingredients: Hydrogenated Rosin, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Honey Extract, Vitamin E, Wheat Germ Oil

Does not work
I tried for an hour to get this to work. Followed all the instructions. No matter how much I heated the wax, it would keep clumping up and not spread. Even if I could get it to slightly spread, once I put the strip and pulled it did nothing.I wanted to try something new to wax my eyebrows and upper lip and safe to say I’m just going to stick to regular wax strips. Absolute waste of money.

Works well and comes with everything you need
I was nervous to use this product because I have never waxed my own eyebrows and didn't want to end up with no eyebrows. This wax pen was easy to use, but does take getting use to. You place it in hot water for a few minutes, twist the bottom until wax comes from the tip, apply the wax, place a piece of provided fabric strip, and pull. The wax is very sticky. Way stickier than other waxes I use. The wax pulled most of the hair bot thin and coarse. I think $14 is a good price for the wax pen. I plan on ordering again once I use this up.

Didn't work
This wasn't easy to use as I thought it might be. It didn't come out of the tube and when it did, it just balled up and couldn't do anything with it.

Wanted to love it
Everything in this kit works but the wax. 🙃 it doesn’t pick up fine or thick hair. But very cool concept for a portable waxing solution.

Be careful
I think this took off more then hair when I used this product and I ended up with what look like a rug burn under my eyebrow. This does not hold the heat for the brow gel so you will find yourself annoyed on how many times you have to rewarm this product to get it to glide smoothly across your brows.
