Love this speaker!
I love, love, love this speaker! It easily connects to my phone and iPad and it sounds great. The battery lasts quite awhile and it will charge quickly. Small enough it fits in my computer bag and I’ll take it to work with me. I’d say one of my favorite purchases in awhile.

HELL YES !!!
I’ve got the jbl tube and bought my wife the Bose one last year ( very nice ), but my Marshall Emberton lll defines “rich sound”. I was truly impressed at first sight, beautiful. Has quality written all over it and it feels good in hand, heavy, solid and the rubbery outside feels like quality. BUT, THE SOUND IS INCREDIBLE. And if you download the Marshall app, there’s an equalizer mode we’re you can boost the bass and treble even more, which I don’t even need to do. SUCH RICH SOUND. Truly my new favorite Wi-Fi speaker of all times. After playing guitar with a Marshall amp in the 80’s, I was so glad I finally bought a Marshall product …again.

Great Sound!
The sound that comes from this small speaker is amazing. Easy connectivity with my iPhone. Very portable. The battery last longer than I expected.

Worth the money in my opinion
Shes cute and compact . The sound is so good and the bass in this small speaker is crazy! I cant believe how clear the music comes out from it !! The design is also vintage yet aesthetic for you at home aesthetic girlies.

Small but mighty!
The Emberton III does not disappoint. I was really wanting a classic/vintage looking radio for my living room that also had great sound. After buying one and returning it and then reading tons of reviews on radios and speakers, I decided on this Marshall speaker. It’s class/vintage appearing and packs a great sound! It’s small but really has a pretty decent depth of sound in different genres. I’m a bass heavy lover of music and while it’s not a concert speaker or party speaker, it definitely has a reasonable amount of bass that I can appreciate. I just got it today and plan to keep it in one spot on a book shelf but it’s small enough to transport anywhere and won’t take up too much storage space. It connects within seconds to my iPhone when I turn the speaker on which is a big plus also. This is a refurbished model so I’ll update if anything goes awry with this model.

Hits on every level
I opened this right out of the box fully charged to test it for bass specifically. I had a ten year old Anker portable speaker that lost its charge duration so I ordered a new speaker on a whim. This speaker is fantastic. It hits on every level, treble, bass, mids, and doesn't shake the table. I'm excited to order the larger, plug-in version soon. Definitely worth the money! I've always loved Marshall and I'm thrilled they're making at-home Bluetooth speakers now.

Good BT speaker only limited by the brand's app limitations
So far, so good. I bought this to replace a smaller Marshall bluetooth speaker (the "Willen") that I was using, which didn't really have very long battery life. This connects to your device via bluetooth. And technically, you could just connect this directly by only using your device's bluetooth setting. But if you're using it with an iPhone or iPad, you'll probably want to download the Marshall app as that's the only way to receive periodic firmware upgrades and to use the 3 Marshall EQ presets. As with other Marshall BT speakers, you can also use this for telephone conversations. The sound is decent with good bass and highs. I haven't "cranked it up to 11", but this should suffice for most uses. Marshall does make bigger BT speakers if you need more oomph. The Emberton is a bit bulkier than the WIllen model, but is still portable and can be easily thrown into a backpack or suitcase. It has a waterproof case, although unlike the WIllien, the Emberton doesn't have a built-in rubber mounting strap. Instead, it has a plastic loop built into the bottom of the case for an optional strap. It has a USB-C port for recharging using the included USB-C cable. No charger is provided.I am deducting one star for the app's EQ limitations (only 3 presets as determined by Marshall) - hopefully that gets more customizable with future app updates. Also, this design changed On/Off from holding down the bronze controller knob to a dedicated On/Off button on the top left side of the case. Since it is a tone-on-tone button, it's not as intuitive to turn on and off, but I suppose I'll get used to it in time.

Good sound across about 85% of the volume band
This is a much smaller version of Bluetooth Speaker than the Emberton II but for all the size difference the functionality is the same and there's not a huge difference in the audio quality. The older speaker was a bit louder but there's not that much in it. Given the choice i would much rather carry around the new version - something which would be a lot simpler if it came with a carrying stray or storage bag with a shoulder loop. There's an app that can be downloaded but I didn't bother. I'm sure I missed out on being able to fiddle with the graphic equaliser and set it to sound like it was broadcasting from inside a submarine, but I just ignore these things and much prefer the simplicity of just pairing it to the phone as an external speaker and not having an extra app trying to run the show.Sound quality is good. Not too bass heavy, in my opinion, though it does all start to feel a bit thin when you approach the maximum volume. It's good to use in a large room but struggles a bit in a really big garden. You're not going to be using this to MC a Harvest Festiva, for instance.Comes with the usual phone functions, which personally I wish i could just turn off. I'd much rather my phone turns back into a phone if a call comes. You can use the speaker as a microphone, but really, why would you?Price is high but about what you'd expect for a good quality branded speaker from a big name.
