This is must have for connecting soaker hoses. By regulating the pressure flowing though to them, it prevents you accidentally tearing the soaker hose because of to heavy water flow. Sturdy well made brass connector. Really helps to reduce leakage and works quite well.

I need multiple soaker hoses for areas around our pool. This product seems very well made. It is heavy & sturdy, as well as useful. The quick-connect makes it even better. I have had problems in the past with soaker hoses cracking or splitting. It reduces the pressure on the soaker hoses & hopefully will help to reduce the splits. I put the Gorilla connector onto the faucet & attached the water timer to it & then the hose. It reduces the pressure before it reaches the timer.

I am really enjoying having this all in one package to use with my soaker hose. I had not used a quick connect adapter before and was happy to find this one so straight forward and easy to use.I am using a water timer to help keep my plants hydrated and this hooked up to that system just like it does to a hose bib. Works well.

Having been a long time user of Gorilla Easy Connects, I was happy to try out this Pressure Reducer Quick Connector.Same excellent quality as the original Gorilla Connects with superior machining, construction and materials. The Reducer connected easily to our hose and there were no leaks at any of the fittings. The pressure drop is noticeable and this is an excellent accessory for one's soaker hose set-up.
