You see a lot of ads for shoes that tell you they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and well being while wearing their product. I am on my feet 12 to 15 hours a day and sometimes in really inclement weather. I cannot tell you how many pairs of work boots (and supposedly waterproof) I have donated to Goodwill shortly after purchasing them that failed miserably to keep my feet dry while not sweating and were crippling to wear for even an hour or two. ENTER SHOWAVE!!!! WOW, I am sold sold sold. I have not had a backache or sore calves or shins since I began wearing these beauties. My feet have not broken a single sweat during my long and intense work days. And they definitely keep my feet dry, completely dry during the torrential downpours we have here on a regular basis. The insole system is as good as the ad says it is. Plantar Facia sufferers will not need inserts while wearing these and I say this from years of personal experience with this issue. Very light too, considering how sturdy they are and how well built they are. The Sole is non-slip and has great traction, the heel on the sole is just the right height. I NEVER give a product five stars in every category, until today. I am a hard sell person. This boot stands up to my high standards and critical assessment. It is worth the price, and I personally feel the price is a lot lower than what they could be charging for it. Oh, I wear a size 9 1/2 to 10 in men's shoes and I ordered a size 10 holding my breath while waiting for them to arrive. It is the first time I have ever put on a pair of mail ordered boots that fit so very well in every aspect . Also, the kick off feature on the heel, a total plus. Five stars and Kudos to Showave ! I will be back for more in a few years when this pair finally wears out.

Extremely comfortable and well built. They fit well, and are an easy on and off. I wear an 8.5, but there are no half sizes. The 9 is not too big and doesn't feel sloppy. I wasn't expecting quality, but was hoping for the best. I have been pleasantly surprised. After a full day on my feet in wet conditions, my feet came out dry and less fatigued than normal. I look forward to wearing them again tomorrow.

I bought these boots for walking the dogs in the winter. They slip on and off easily with or without socks. The fit is true to size in my experience. They seem to have good traction in the snow. They are comfortable, but I’m not wearing them all day long, just short walks. They are warm but they are not insulated. Durability is unknown at this point but they seem to be a quality boot. Expensive, no. Cheaply made, no . Quality, yes. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I tend to buy LOTS of one item in an Amazon category, then keep the best of the "lot." I tried four of these types of boots, all less than $50. These were my favorites because their sole is hefty and the insole is better than even some of my hiking boots. These are way better than two I tried that felt flimsy on the outside and shapeless inside.The insulation is also good as proven on 4 dog walks in near freezing conditions with my feet staying perfectly warm. I doubt they'll leak as they seem rock solid 4" off the ground. Speaking of their height, they are also taller than all three of the other boots which is important for both rainy and colder weather. The waterproof element has not been tested yet as it's been dry here in Portland, OR, for the last 8 days.Overall, I really like the boots for simple walks in cold, potentially rainy weather and I would recommend them.

My husband loved these boots when I bought them - kept his feet warm and felt comfy. However, after only a few months of wearing when he takes the dog on a walk (not to work or all day), these boots started coming apart at the seams. Husband bought special glue to fix it but then it came apart in another spot.Updated this review to 5 stars to acknowledge that after I left the above review the company quickly made it right by offering a full refund. They also stated they will strengthen their quality assurance which I hope will benefit all who purchase these shoes. I was unaware that these boots had a 1 year warranty which is a very nice assurance if purchasing these boots.

Nice ankle boots top half ankle is pretty thick neoprene size 9 bought Showave full boots recently and was happy with the purchase was looking for a shorter waterproof footwear for anywhere anytime use with long pants can use for going out and be confident about having to walk in water just in case. Boots comfortable comes with insert pad may replace pad with one that has lots of arch support for 32 bucks stoked

I use these for Dog walking in mountainous bush, usually do about 4km. It's a mix of muddy, rocky, paved and grassy walking. These boots were warm and comfortable, had great grip, easy to get on and off. I've been looking for a while for just this thing and I'm more than happy with them. There was no pinching or rubbing even from the first time. My feet stay really dry - a new first! the inner lining feels snug and warm.

I bought these for my husband because he said his old boots had no grip. He used the boots for a full fishing season with no complaints.
