This is by far the best iron supplement I've taken. I don't know what people are talking about when they say that it tastes horrible. Its not the best thing ever, but c'mon, its medicine. The funny thing is I ordered it because my local health store ran out. Well it took 5 days before it was even processed, but when it finally got here I had gone a good 10 days without iron. As someone who is very anemic, this did a number on me. (Granted it was my fault I ran out in the first place.) When I received it, I was so happy! But.. they packaged it very well. A little too well. My boyfriend kept cracking jokes about how many anemics does it take to open a package of iron supplement. Quite funny. Once I tore through all of the bubble wrap and thick tape, I encountered yet another challenge - the dreaded child proof lid! Well.. lets just say my darling dear of a boyfriend watched me struggled to get the damned thing off for a good 10 minutes before he stepped in the help me. We then pried off the red thing attached to the lid so that I could do it all by my self. Yay! You know, I bet the manufacturers just laughed and laughed when they put that thing on there. GREAT PRODUCT, MUST USE A LITTLE HUMOR. :)

This product is wonderful! I have extremely low ferratin levels (the protein that stores iron) and have tried many different iron supplements over the years. Without exception, they all caused constipation and did very little to raise my ferratin levels. Both my MD and Naturopath recommended Floradix for several reasons (1) it won't cause constipation; (2) the absorption rate is much higher than with pills; and (3) it contains Rose hip which is high in vitamin C and helps to increase iron absorption. After 6 weeks of Floradix my ferratin levels doubled! I personally like the flavor and I also love the added advantage of all the B vitamins included in the formula. One negative comment - the lid is horrible!

This stuff is AMAZING! You won't be disappointed. It tastes good easy to swallow and even helped me sleep better. This product is definitely a game changer!

I love that this product does not constipate you like most other iron vitamins do. I don’t mind the flavor, but a lot of people do not like it. I doubled the use because my numbers were 7 for the first week then did recommend amount. By my next visit in a month my iron was at a 10-11 range. Success!!! Seen improvement in all my friends and family with this item. Worth every penny!!!

Product didn't have a seal to cover the liquid product a box had been torn into ,I have ordered this before and did not receive like this product was sent out very disappointed will poor out and not use or order again.

Yucky but overall does the job. My belly hurt after drinking, depends on what I eat with it. Eggs & avocado my belly was hurting. Took this before surgery date to boost iron.

I had anemia all my life. The kind where they spin your blood for a quick hemoglobin count and then look at you with real concern to ask if you're okay... because you shouldn't be. I needed surgery to help fix this issue, but my iron was way too low for me to even safely have the surgery. The doctor said I needed to take Floradix or have a transfusion. Floradix did it. 2 shots, twice daily, and my iron was high enough in 3 weeks to pass the pre-op bloodwork!I was skeptical. I had done ferrous sulfate in all its crazy forms. With Vitamin C. With amino acids wrapped around. I swear, if there was a version with it wrapped in unicorn drool, I would have tried it. Ferrous sulfate just killed my GI system. I hated it - if you didn't already get that. The Floradix, however, tastes like Ricola without the sugar. I use it every time I want to donate my blood to the vampires... I mean blood bank. I'm now eligible to do the Power Red donations because I can get my iron levels high enough! I'm so glad my surgeon recommended it, and I share it with anyone who will listen. If you are struggling with iron issues, this will be the biggest help you will find without having the side effects ferrous sulfate brings.

I loved this product during my first pregnancy and need to use it again. I normally mix this with a glass of orange juice. Vitamin C helps with the absorption of iron. Other iron supplements mess with my stomach and give me terrible gas. This one might be expensive but is the best.
