I have recently purchased door lock from MYGATE, version SE. This lock is quite an advanced version of the door locks currently available in the market and provides multiple ways to access the lock which are extremely user friendly. Fingerprint (multiple users), multiple settable user pins, remote temporary pin for unexpected guests, RFID access, key access, timed access for recurring visitors such as maid etc, are just to mention a few. A log and remote notification is also a very useful feature in order to be in continuous knowledge of who has accessed the door. Almost all the above accessess can be either added, deleted, modified etc by the super admin through his mobile app which is installed during the installation. The best part I liked was the fingerprint access where practically multiple fingerprints can be installed using bluetooth by the super admin. Another feature of this super lock is the help is available 24 x 7 through AI activated helpline which answers any question precisely within seconds through WhatsApp.Before the purchase, I was given a clear and professionally managed online demo by the technical expert Mr. Aditya who answered all my questions and cleared all the doubts.On the negative side my earlier lock had a much bigger hole in the door. The Migate lock being smaller in size, it left an uncovered hole in the door which I had to fill up using a carpenter by making a small piece. A more difficult task was to cut or modify the opening in the metal door frame so that the dead bolt part of the lock was effective.I am using this lock for the past about 15 days and so far I have not faced any issues with the lock.

I initially used the free demo. Mr Ramakrishna came as scheduled and explained the product and installation options very well which helped me make the choice. The product was delivered in time and the installation was done right next day by Mr Mahesh. He also explained and helped set up the app. The lock is functioning normally now

Excellent product and very easy to use.. I feel very safe having this lock !! Especially for maids…after One month of using there is a problem with the lock and inspite of several calls no one is coming to check n solve the problem they keep sending u videos to check or give u instructions on phone after sales service is very bad please think it over before u buy this product n decide vir it’s worth it!!!!

Very smooth experience ordering, getting installation scheduled, and the installation itself. The lock also has been working very well. Living upto the expectation given uts very aesthetic design and upscale finishes.

Today I got the lock installed. Looks great with good features. However installation is not free as they said. They are allowing their installer to extract installation charges in name of minor adjustment in the hole of your doors which naturally requires but they charged Rs 600/- for those minor works. They should start charging it openly on legal way which will be more satisfying experience instead feeling cheated.
