Philips Audio AE1530 Portable Radio with analog UKW/MW-Tuner (Headphone Jack, Battery Operating,Built-In Speaker) - silver/black

Compact and well-made, this is a modest FM radio. The small speaker produces bright, clear sound, but as you might expect negligable bass and mid-range frequencies. The manual tuning is a little fiddly and requires re-setting to change stations as there are no pre-set storeage buttons, but it doesn't take long to adjust to the tuning process. Battery life using no -rechargeables seems good on medium volume.

Nice little radio , very smart in appearance finished in black and white . Sound quality good for the price , works with headphones , ( not supplied ) Just needs two small batteries . This is a real pocket radio , good buy .

Fantastic little radio and loud. If you're looking for cheap and decent then this is the radio you want. I use it for background noise in shower and then getting ready for work and it fits the bill very well

Nice little and great for FM, very weak on MW . If you like BBC 5 Live you will pick it up but the channel keeps moving from time to time. Takes 2 AAA batteries. Good build and worth the money but only for FM not MW.

It was rubbish

This is a great small radio for travel. We gave 2 one for my husband to take to work. The other is in our camper van for when we travel. It’s just handy to hang up and pop on for pop master!
