Expensive but delicious
If you want this sauce, there's no substitute, you simply have to buy it. The only downside is that it's ridiculously expensive.It's a Japanese version of HP Sauce.

The first time I tried this sauce it was in a Okonomiyaki restaurant in Hiroshima and I loved it so much that I bought it at a grocery store in Tokyo, before the end of my holiday in Japan. So glad I can buy it again on amazon and get it at home in 1 day! It's such a tasty and delicious sauce and a fundamental ingredient for your home-made Okonomiyaki!

It tastes good
I've switched to this sauce for breaded white-meats, as my kids and I all prefer it to the Bull-Dog Tonkatsu sauce we used to use (which is also delicious).
