Love it, particularly useful in bathroom where conventional wall switches are dangerous
Works will with Home Assistant over ZHA and Sonoff Zigbee dongle. Kept it local LAN control only. Done away with pull cord and used in bathroom with Zigbee bulb. Implemented switching between ordinary light, reduced light if turned on in dead of night, and dim nightlight when turned 'off' at night. Good product, working exactly as expected, now looking forward to trying Sonoff's new range of battery zigbee devices.

Works with Sonoff Zigbee hub and Home-Assistant
I am reviewing the 2 pack of Sonoff Zigbee Button model SNZB-01.I already have the Sonoff Zigbee Plus-E hub and am using a product called Home-Assistant to to make all of the devices work together. My order came in a compact box with both buttons and batteries enclosed. For each button you have to gently lever open the case and take the tag out that was isolating the battery. In order to get the device working/paired, I turned on the pairing on the Zigbee hub, then poked a paperclip end into the reset button(which is next to the battery) of this Sonoff button for about 5 seconds, and then the device just paired with the Zigbee hub then after a few moments the button appeared as a device in Home-Assistant too although you have to then go through the motions of pressing the button once, double and long(>4 seconds) in order for the Home Assistant before they can be used in a Home Assistant automation.I am using these Sonoff switches to let Home-Assistant know when to turn on or off a smart light-bulb which I have previously plugged in and paired with Home-Assistant.This Sonoff button is better than a normal on/off light-switch as Home-Assistant recognises 3 event types from this button:single press-which I have automated in Home-Assistant to turn on a bulb at 10% brightnessdouble press-which I have automated to turn on a bulb at full brightnesslong-press-which I have automated to turn off the bulb.I have not had any issues with signal or range within my house. The buttons are compact(43mmx43mmx16mm) which is approximately a quarter of the surface area of a UK lightswitch.(about half the height and half the width of the regular switch)They are mounted by way of the double sided sticky pad that they come with and the internal battery is replaceable later-on when it eventually goes flat.

Very Useful with Care
Works well with my Hubitat C-7 Hub, but took 4 tries before it was recognised. Has worked fine since.

Quick response and easy to setup
I have a couple of these buttons and use them along with other sonoff smart switches attached to various lights around the house. The buttons can be installed and configured in the ewelink app, where you can create routines.I have a button mounted in my porch which allows me to turn on and off the lights in the hall and an external floodlight. Handy in these dark evenings and I don't have any street lights near me.I also have a button beside my bed that turns on and off a small night light. Much easier and quieter than asking Alexa in the middle of the night when others are sleeping.Batteries last a long time, but are easily replaced when the time comes.

Need to have Sonoff hub
The switches are tiny and, before use, they need activating by removing the insulating tab from the CR2450 coin cell; this is quite tricky as the switches are difficult to prise open and, once open, the coin cell has to be removed to take out the insulating tab. Opening the unit also gives access to the reset hole which is needed for pairing. Being Zigbee I thought they might work with my Philips Hue hub, they don’t; I then tried them with my Smartthings hub which, although I can link to the eWeLink and Tuya apps, and it found the switch without any problem, I wasn't then able to create any routines for the switch operation. The conclusion is that the switches will only work with the Sonoff hub which is a pity.

Neat switch for the price - Would recommend for tinkerers
A good Zigbee coordinator is required, used mine with a slaesh CC2652RB. Responds immediately and is easy to use. Some setup required but once done, the stick is very reliable - rarely loses connection and is much more stable than my aquara devices. Battery rated for 2 years and hasn't lost any charge yet and the range is decent. Design could be better, but the unit is so small you hardly see it.

Not sure what the fuss is about...
Used with a raspberry pi and mosquito mqtt broker and more recently a pi running ZigBee home assistant and it works flawlessly on both. Single, double and hold presses triggering other devices as required. No drama no fuss, no disconnecting. As with all ZigBee devices, you should research if it will work in your setup as your millage will vary. But even a cursory look in to ZigBee home automation will let you know all you need to knowOnly criticism is opening it up to get to battery could be better described. And if you disassemble it too much, you can find little arrows inside on each section, point them in the same direction to get it back together.

Works, but ugly
I've bought these buttons when starting out with Zigbee. I have them working to turn on/off smart sockets and lights. They work like they should. Getting the cover off is a bit of a hassle. My main objection with this button is that it's an ugly thing.I have several Sonoff sensors, like temperature sensors, and these have a similar appearance, but you can hide them out of sight, as you don't need to operate them. Sonoff is a brand that seems to produce reliable products and besides the looks I don't have any complaints.
