Poor sound quality and unnecessarily loud.2. I can literally reduce the volume all the way to one bar (on the verge of completely muting), yet the difference in the sound level can barely be seen. The music keeps blaring.3. One accidental touch or removal of earphone from any of the ear and boom your call will get disconnected! And before you say anything about changing settings, no I’m not interested in changing any setting. Settings such as this, should come out of the box.4. So many modes yet so little difference:i. spatial mode on and offii. ANC on and offiii. transparencyAll in all, as AirPods are very expensive, at least up your budget to ₹ 5k pay and buy decent TWS earbuds.

After couple of months my left ear bud was not working so I claim the warranty but after taking to their service centre it's almost 2 weeks still no update on the product they are giving same old reason that it's under testing even their customers service and technician they fool you so before buying Mivi product think 100 times
