I'm usually size 7w in cole haan's. will 7m fit or should i upsize to 7.5m since they don't have width sizes for these?

Your regular size should fit appropriately

Do these come in their original box? Noticed one review that stated they didn't receive the original box. Need it as its a gift.

Mine came in the original box. Maybe the one not was a return placed in the wrong box. They are attractive and very comfortable shoes.
