However I had previously used the strawberry lemon which does taste pretty good. It's hard for me to tell if this has done a lot for my skin as I also have an extensive skin care routine, I do fell like my skin does look more plump and radiant. At times the expressions line between my brows almost disappear. This has helped with my nails more than anything, which was not a goal but it's a nice benefit. I had really lost hope with my nails after trying biotin for a long time, and special brush on nail strengtheners with no results. My nails are a lot stronger and do not break as easily and completely stopped peeling. Price wise Vital Proteins is not a great buy as there are only 14 serving per a canister while other brands typically have 30-40. Like other collagens it's difficult if not impossible to mix into cold water.
