Got this for my Achilles. It feels great but only stays cold about 5 minutes. Also, it is huge on me. Wish it comes in sizes

This is comfy and fits nicely over my ankle. It's nice and cooling after a run or heavy use but it doesn't stay cold very long. I'm finding that it comes to room temperature in as little at 15 minutes sometimes even after being in the freezer overnight.

If you have active people in your family, this is a must!Brings the cold to the area completely and comfortably!Great for young and old!!!

These are the best ice packs I have found. They cover your whole foot. I do wear socks with them since they are so cold. I wear an 8.5 shoe and they are nice and snug, not too tight. Works well for my Achilles heel issue.
