I’ve used the SUUNTO Ocean Dive Computer on two dives and am beyond impressed by its performance. The decompression algorithm is exceptionally accurate, especially during technical dives with mixed gases (Nitrox & Trimix), making it a trusted companion for deep and extended dives. I was hoping for the watch they promised. A diving watch that could do your fitness as well. I figured it would have the same new heart rate sensor on the back as the new Race S, but it has the same as the original Race, which is complete dumpster fire as DC Rainmaker puts it in his reviews. You can see from the pic it is terrible. The diving side of the watch is getting great reviews, but if it won't record my workouts then I am not interested. The heart rate has been terrible. Takes a long time to lock on with lots of crazy spikes up and down. The picture is just a simple recovery bike ride, nothing hard or terrible and it still struggled. Unfortunately I am sending it back.
