Noisy with crazily long cycles and terrible instructions
In trying to make instructions understandable in every language, Hotpoint have created a single page of blobs which is completely unintelligible. Its website is even worse. This machine has lots of features which are completely unexplained. Why do you need Active Care? It allegedly takes out stains - but doesn't every programme? Synthetics programme takes THREE HOURS to run!!! Standard 'Mixed' cycle takes 2 hours. Unable to do a full day of different loads because cycles are so long. Can't make it spin without washing as well. Would recommend any other make.
