The item itself is fine as in build quality, not poorly welded. That as far as it goes, the rest the design is difficult to work with, if using the metal top rail.The screws they give you do not work with the size hold you asked to drill into the top rail, I recommend using wood. The top mount needs to be wider and only comes with two holes not four as show in the diagram.All the other bits which are advertised to come with it like size the chrome ends are two small for the holes drilled into the pole.Cable wise I would opt for something's larger and the hocks are just over sized for the cable your recommended to use.Would I purchase this again most likely not.Not often I write a poor rewiew but for the price of all the parts, just became a waste my money.

Really janky hardware comes with this set.Yeah, you’re getting a good look once the work is complete but there are so many better designs out there for hardware. Railing came with scratches. Instructions make absolutely no sense. Installation was seriously frustrating, I’m not sure if this investment was worth it. Cable the included needed to be trimmed to fit the hardware, not mentioned in the description.Also, they include no spare hardware which is absolutely ridiculous. I really don’t recommend this brand.Spend the extra 200 bucks on something better.

We ordered many types of poles and found they do not all work together (angle posts, 42 inch posts, etc. I recommend you limit the post types. Look at Muzata Website before ordering on Amazon. Amazon descriptions not as clear as website (part number). Once we finally got 7 posts that match up, easy to secure in wood base. The next step is to carefully cut the wire, ensuing it is long enough but not too long. You want the wires taught, not right. We did not see any instructions on how to use the wire fasteners (expensive, $225 for 20 so don't make the mistakes we made). There are 3 pieces for each wire. One side includes two pieces that screw together and the other wire is just one piece. Purchase the installation set from Amazon (wire cutter, crimper). Firmly secure the wire in the one piece side, put the wire through the holes, then crimp the other piece (photo below). You then put the piece into the final hole and you can tighten it up.

Quality material but too many parts to order. In addition you need to research the components to make sure they match the hand rail style. It would be better if everything comes in one package. One set of rails didn’t include the tensioner components so it made the entire thing pointless. Couldn’t get anyone from Muzata. Amazon couldn’t help as they said I need to contact the seller. Just horrible. Don’t order. Find an alternative or buy from another company.
