At first it seemed that it wouldnt hold much and very limited space. I was wrong!! This held more than I needed and expected. It also extends and extra 2 inches in case you need that extra room. Looks clean and slick as F too!! Straps are super comfy and for the price is well worth it. I liked it so much, I bought another one as a backup for the much later future. I recommend!

Great bag. Sturdy build quality. Fabric feels great. I love the rectangular shape. It feels like there is padding and protection around the laptop sleeve. The zippers are concerning because they don’t seem to want to open fully. They catch several times.The reason I returned this item was because it was too small. I used a tape measure to estimate the size before buying. I expected it to be much deeper than what it is. You really couldn’t fit much in this bag. Perhaps a small laptop, maybe a jacket, a book or another thin article. There are no organization pouches in the bag which is a bummer. I like to have all of my things organized when I travel rather all thrown together in a single pocket. I don’t like my laptop in the same pocket as my clothes or toiletries because it can get damaged easy that way.Overall it’s a great bag, but not useful for business or school in any way.

Worth every dollar spent. Love the sleek design, perfect for my demanding schedule. Holds alot. Water resistant if perfect for Caribbean rainy season. Great back support.

Holds all my work gear; laptop, mouse, cords, pens, notebook, phones, earbuds, badge. The small zipper pocket in front keeps my badge so all I have to do is backup to the badge reader. So much extra space, may be able to use the expander to pack clothes. The shoulder straps are so comfy, the extra weight of the clothes may not be bothersome in an airport.

The build quality is very good, I really appreciate the internal lining. much more durable than satin.

Just what I wanted, stands upright by itself. Not flimsy at all.

Overall, this feels very sturdy for a day-to-day backpack and it looks very nice. In the week I've had it, I've dropped it, tossed it across concrete, and roughed it up just to see how well it could hold - and it handled all that fairly well. The fabric it's made out of is very stiff, and the pleather (plastic "leather") that covers some of the surfaces is also hardened. Each of the zippers wrap around the full length of the backpack, making it so you can open the pockets as you see in the picture. I don't care whether zippers go all the way open like that, but that's a question of personal taste.The backpack is expandable, one of the zippers allows you to stretch the back of the backpack out so that it's about 50% bigger. I don't really think it's all that useful unless you're trying to jam everything you can into the bag, and even then, the stiffness of the fabric is going to be your biggest obstacle.I think it's pretty cheeky to put a red cross on this so it can masquerade as Swiss Army SwissGear. It is priced similarly but is no match. It should probably be offered at a lower price to have a better value. If I could, I would give this 4.5 stars, with a half-star deduction for the overpricing.With PU, I have a sneaking suspicion that it might not be as sturdy as it looks. I can't put a finger on it, maybe the fabric is just too stiff for what it is, maybe it's thinner than it looks, I'm not sure - but until it falls apart, those will just be suspicions. I'll update if there are actual issues with durability and longevity.
