Good product

I'm 63. I do a 30-45 minute work-out every day. 15 minutes on an elliptical machine; 15 minutes of weights; topped off with 100 sit-ups. Not super strenuous. I ordered two bottles of this product. In the past 30 days , I have used a bottle and a half. I believe it has reduced muscle and body aches resultant of exercise. I have less muscle soreness now than I did before taking this product. I cannot attest to whether the product has enhanced "muscle growth". I have not experienced an "excellent energy boost". The lemon taste is pleasant. There have been no side-effects.

I gave four stars. I don't know why. I guess for the taste. You have to assign stars to submit the review.They taste great. I don't like that you have to take four a day.But the real question: did anyone else taking these feel stoned afterwards? I mean, REALLY stoned? Was it just me? They're supposed to promote energy.

Taste was great. Noticed an improvement in muscle development. Not quite as sore as I used to be, gained a little mass which is hard to do muscle wise at my age. Been stuck at about 50 lbs for the dumbells for years without hurting myself. Now I'm up to almost 80 in about 6 months. Unfortunately, I can't find these anymore. Got some regular hmb gummies from same people, apple flavored. But they are not as desirable to eat.

I've ordered this twice and it clearly states you get 120 count with two jars. Both orders I only received one jar of 60.
