Your furniture set will be shipped in 4 boxes, but they may arrive at different times, please be patient as they will arrive gradually.

All the single seat chair, swivel chair and ottoman support up to 350 lbs, 2-seats love seat sofa - 700 lbs, 3-seat sofa couch - 900 lbs.

Q: Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?

During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.

Q: Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?

The covers have zippers and can be washed.

The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use.
