We have now ordered two off these battery power packs to supply with a product that we sell. The product is very good value for money compared to some that are on the market.It does exactly what it says and provided lots of adaptors to ensure that any equipment can be charged.The item is very well put together and comes neatly packaged and its certainly looks the part.but equally we have also found the company provided very good customer service which is also reassuring to know.We will definitely be ordering some more going forward.

Me and the girlfriend live on a narrowboat. Unfortunately narrowboat aren't the best for electrical generation, and so we needed something to keep our laptops going.This bank has done the trick, above all others. It felt pricey but ultimately worth it.I've got a gaming laptop, the girlfriend has an i7 Dell G3 and we can fully charge our laptops 3 times in total from the bank before it needs a boost. We sneak the odd phone charge in on a OnePlus phone with what's left over. Takes about 4-5 hours for the bank to charge up to max.Instructions are easy to use also. The carry pack is good, lots of options available. The type c usb charger didn't fit my Huawei p20 pro but dunno if that's just my phones issue. You don't need to use the type c stock cable they provide anyway if you have your own phone cable.Only side note: the HP charging port can be a tad short, depending on your unit. Just trim a small strip of plastic away from the metal plug and it'll fit in no problem.

Stopped working and randomly popped. Not warm or anything. It worked fine for a while but just stopped

Took this camping, charged my iPhone, iPad, ran a usb fan, usb camping light. Away for two nights/days, went home with 60% charge.The screen shows the amount of charge which is a little inaccurate, the first day I used after fully charging it, I plugged a 5W USB fan into it and left it running, within a few minutes it was showing 99%, 20 minutes later 92%, an hour 84%, 10 hours 72%. So may not be totally accurate. However, 2 days away it powered what I needed with plenty to spare.I have also plugged my 13” 2016 MacBook Pro with touch bar via the USB-C and it charged to 100% whilst using itDecent build quality and nice case. Pleased with it

This item works great with my 2015 Macbook Air. My first charge I used it to charge fully when I had around 30% battery left on my laptop and it charged quite fast and the battery still has 80% power left, although as with all batteries, I do expect this capacity to diminish over time. It is a great size! It comes in a very nice case with a great selection of cables.I searched a lot before buying and I think this is the best battery I could have bought for the money I spent!They are a really nice company and I wish I could give them 5*s but I can't for the following reasons:1. The first battery I bought did not work. They were very patient with me and spoke very kindly in their emails. I would have preferred it if they had asked for all the information they wanted in 1 email rather than a succession of emails but this is very minor and the replacement they sent works perfectly!2. The voltage setting of the battery to use on the 2015 MacBook Air is 16V. This works well and charges the battery but the official battery input requirements for the 2015 MacBook Air is 14.85V. I have heard that you need to be very careful with charging your battery at voltages different to what is specified by the supplier. In the worst case you can destroy your laptop. However, I do not know enough to know whether the difference in this case it would cause any kind of problem. There is some room for using a slightly higher voltage. It charges fine. My only concern is that consistently using the higher voltage might cause damage to the battery over time, but I am very happy to be using this battery for occasional charging use.

Bought this to power a positive grid spark, and it works perfectly. As noted elsewhere, the voltage needs to be set each time the unit is powered on, but it's no hassle doing this... It's also a powerful and robust unit for all battery needs and the capacity is huge... Highly recommended as this is not like the usual consumable battery pack I buy and discard after a year or so, but a staple item kept at the ready in my guitar gig bag

I bought this power bank based on the reviews online and simply I wanted a power bank good enough to recharge my laptop at least once or twice. While this did the job for the first year however, after that the juice started to vanish quickly. Slowly, I was only able to charge one Iphone. What made me report and send the power bank back to Amazon was that fact the power bank was turning off as soon as hitting 80% mark. I had to recharge again in order to turn on!

Good during long travels. It charges my laptops battery once fully, so rather than a second battery you may as well buy this. It will save you a lot of money in the long term if you use it to charge your devices at home, and charge the power bank in public cafes etc. Good investment with high roi
