Best Naturals B 100 Complex 120 Tablets (120 Count (Pack of 1))

Finally a complex of B vitamins in a super high dose released over time that are not causing me to gag. I’ve tried many others but always gave up on them. Finally, after having found these tablets, I can boost my health. The smell is not as offending as that of the other tablets, however, they do smell a bit. This is a normal smell of B vitamins and not a sign of an inferior product like some people think. I don’t really mind the taste either because I can swallow them so quickly that I can hardly notice anything. The vitamins are really good and essential for vegans and vegetarians and definitely make me feel more energised and I can perform better in the gym.I wouldn’t say they are any better than the good quality ones I used to buy from a health store but the difference is that I can actually take these! I will be definitely buying only these from now on. This brand is becoming my favourite one for any sort of supplements.

I Like The B Vits All Together And Time released As I take a lot of supplements and finding ways of incorperating as many as i can togetther I am 83 Had HIP replacement and Shoulder job done ie Torn tendons suffered a lot of pain for years. I used to spend a lot of money on Solgar products but this brand is much cheaper without compromising on the quality! Still high quotas of all the right vitamins, unlike some more affordable options that scrimp on the content.

These are great tablets which I have taken for years by recommendation.I am not keen on the smell but all makes of type B vitamin tablets that I have tried seem to have this same smell.

I do like this product as with the slow release it keeps me going day and night without feeling tired. I recommend to anyone who want a best B complex.

This is going to sound odd... but these made me pee constantly, literally 4-6 times in a morning. I didn't get the energy boost I got from my previous brand (I monitor my daily swim performance, b vitamins help... if they're doing their job, these didn't work), and generally I was suspicious they just weren't good. The peeing thing made me think my body was trying to get them out of my system asap.I've gone back to my other brand (Solgar B-100 complex) and things have returned to normal with the energy levels back to normal during my swim.
