Q: How many days ahead of the party can I inflate and assemble?

We prepared 2 days before daughter's wedding, we don't pump max probably around 80-90% of its size so none of them pop, they so pretty after event we leave decor over month, their size go down a little but still looking good then we got to hand pop them to clean up.

Q: Any advice from someone who assembled this ?

It's no experience asked, it's so easy, don't worry. Just follow our paper instruction. If you are not in rush, you could assembled it by yourself.

Q: When do the balloons start to lose air? How long does the balloon arch look fresh for?

If you put in indoor, our customer said almost balloons even last for a month, she cut it finally, sure a few balloons would lose air. If it's in ourdoor, the high tempertature would probably last one day, all balloons is same. All balloons in the market would be oxidized in a few hours, it only keep bright and glossy for a few hours.

Q: Do I need zip ties? For an arch?

You don't necesarily NEED zip ties but you can certainly use them. To attach the ballons to the backdrop, I first leave a long ribbon attached to the backdrop in about 2-3 places. Once I'm ready to attach the balloons, I use those ribbons to attach the balloon garland to the backdrop. Instead of ribbon, you can use zip ties but I find that they are short and a little less flexible to work with (but certianly not impossible).
