Awesome! All the features work accordingly, the hot water does get hot but the cold water only gives you a cup of cold water before just being cool then room temp. Not bad if you are not filling up say a thermos or big water cup for daily use.

After a few months of having this dispenser, the water stopped getting cold. All the water coming out of both sides was extremely hot. It was passed the return date, so we just unplugged it and continue to use it without the cold water. Just room temperature. Way too much money for only working properly for three months. I would give it. Zero stars if there was an option. We did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. It just stop working and cooling the Water..

This worked fantastic for about 7.5 months then the water stared to boil out and even the bottle started having hot water. I do not leave the hot water on constantly just in the morning and it just started malfunctioning one day kind of a bummer because it was perfect in my office and I loved it till the water boiled over the top. It works it's just too light weight my kids move it too easy off the counter

This has been the perfect addition to my room. I am able to get fresh water every day. The heating element works but I do not use it that often. I have not noticed any mold or parts breaking off. The item itself feels a little flimsy but as long as you don't move it to much it will probably be fine. The taste of the water has not changed at all. The value for money on this product is amazing. DONT BUY THIS, IT RUINED MY COUNTER!!!! I bought this for my travel trailer that I use while at work (I’m a park ranger) I stay there most during my kids summer vacation and go home on my days off. While I was away for my days off this thing leaked. It ruined my counters. I’m going to have to spend a lot more on replacing the wood in my trailer. If I could give this a 0 star rating I would.

This product is extremely disappointing. It is advertised as a 3-temperature countertop water dispenser, but in actual use it does not perform the way a proper hot and cold water dispenser should. The hot water does not get nearly hot enough to make tea or coffee properly. It is not boiling, and it is not hot enough for anyone expecting water suitable for instant coffee, tea, or similar use. The cold water is also disappointing. It can barely be considered cold and is closer to slightly cooled or lukewarm water than properly chilled water. Another major issue is that the machine does not seem to produce hot and cold water properly at the same time. If you want cold water, you have to turn off the hot water function. If you want hot water, you have to turn the hot water function on, and then it no longer provides cold water. So in reality, the choices are basically cold/lukewarm or hot/lukewarm, not three useful temperatures. Even then, the “cold” water is not truly cold, and the “hot” water is not hot enough to be useful for tea or coffee. That defeats the entire purpose of buying a water dispenser with hot and cold options. The only thing this product does reliably is dispense water at around room temperature. If that is all you need, it may work for you. But if you are buying this expecting properly hot water or properly cold water, you will likely be very disappointed. In my opinion, this product is poorly designed, ineffective, and not worth the money.

0 stars for this item. The water was not cooling at all in fact the cold water was warmer than my tap water. Very disappointed. The price on top of that was ridiculous for the plastic item. Really not happy with the company. Will never buy again...

The unit does not get the water cold enough you ad is a little misleading says 3 temps no way to set tep for cold water instructions are very poor
