Smell is amazing!!

This is the second time I have ordered this product via Amazon and when received, for some reason, both times, the granules are a solid block. You have to use an ice pick or screwdriver to break it apart. Kind of a pain in the rear. Perhaps it got wet at some point. Other than that the product works just fine.

Even though using this will increase the TDS (total dissolved solids) in the hot tub, since I only use it once a week or so, it doesn't bother me if I have to drain the tub every few months. The smell is amazing, just a capful in my 250 gallon hot tub fills the air with a wonderful fragrance that transforms dipping in the hot tub into an incredible experience. It stays in the air for as long as we are in (usually less than an hour). Pricey but worth it if you consider how many times you will get to use it and how powerful the fragrance is. I didn't notice any negative effects on the water quality, in fact it feels a little silkier in the water. Love it!

The smell is amazing, this is the second time we ordered this scent. The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because it came in as one rock solid brick in the plastic container. Not sure if it got too hot or maybe got wet somewhere along the trip
